Ya know. I work. 2 jobs. I make decent money. I was sleeping in a broke down hatchback at the beginning of 2024. If I don't stay to myself, I'd be here quick. Homeless and hungry. Everything is so damn expensive. There is so much evil overtaking the entire society around me. Everyone is in a competition. Everyone would kill each other just to beat the next person to their miserable job on the highway. It is pretty bleak out here. God help everyone. I repent in the name of Jesus

I've lived in Chicago for the past 8 years I came here with my husband to be near his family we had a baby in 2019 our home burned down that spring we were homeless with our baby nobody would help us we ended up seeking a family shelter and the government did not do a thing but take our daughter away from us never offered us a thing! They tried making us look like addicts or something which we are not! they tried everything to keep our child away from us it wa the worst experience ever and I have PTSD my infant was taken from me because i became homeless and illegals are being cared for in every way! Luckily my husband and i were able to get ourselves out of the situation and back on our feet. This city has its priorities all wrong. Its the most corrupt disgusting disgraceful place ever. Hopefully it'll get better better now that Trump's back. We can only pray it does it's getting pretty dark here. Might be time to find another state to reside in cuz I'm not paying taxes in Chicago anymore if I don't have to. Thank God i didn't buy a house here!!! Seriously tho thank you so much for helping those that cant help themselves because they are treated as if they don't exist I've been there its a bad feeling. We appreciate those that take the time to even say hello or how are you doing? Most of these people ain't got nobody to depend on or even anyone that cares how they are, all these people are somebody's children and were once somebody baby.....its so sad how our country has failed its own people.

Grew up in LV but my parents had rental homes in BOTY and them cats on Wood were savages. I hated going over there to collect rent. They rode up on me one time in one of their rammer suburbans. MFers are crazy. lol. I’d say BOTY, LV, then HP.

Grew up in Ktown in the 80s but always moved through 26th street while being on point. Can’t sleep on them cats but they really ain’t out there as you can see, unless it’s 2am.

Grew up over there for a few years, 14th and 49th back when it was all 22 Boys. Late ‘80s. Flores brothers were holding down 49th at that time and everyone hung out by their crib. My older brother was a 22 boy, hung out with Nigs (RIP), Rabbit and all those guys. Those were the days. And back in Lil Village, in the mid 80s, the SCB mostly all turned TSN. They resurrected in the early 90s in Cicero.
