Just an old bloke making a video record of things that interest me, from airguns to zombies and having some fun doing it. I think if I find something interesting, then someone else will too.

I got bb gun
Yeah it’s a horrible air gun but it was my first air gun and a lot of people’s first air gun.
Well, Sir. I am 65yrs old and I am awaiting delivery of my Daisy Red Ryder. As a kid growing up in the 1960s, the older kids had Red Ryders. It has been a long time.
@@armandogonzales9304 Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. I hope you enjoy it.
Pretty cool
Amazing thank you. Take care of yourself. 😊
Dont shake the câmera 😂
Very nice sidelever.
Thanks for the review
I bought the Diana equivalent of this in 1972 and I still have it! Horrifically inaccurate thanks to the mechanism design, but loads of fun. I fired darts as well as pellets with it. I then moved ‘up’ to a Milbro G10 repeater, which I also still have. That is a really dreadful gun, with such a low power output it would not pierce a yoghurt pot! Eventually I upgraded to a Slavia ZVP, which I still have too. That was my introduction to proper air pistols! My shooting career peaked with Lee Enfield Mk4 .303 at Bisley, which just goes to illustrate your point that the Gat got people into shooting. Thanks for the nostalgic video!
perhaps you should shake the camera a bit harder we can still see something...
Thanks for taking the time to comment, I'm sure it helps with the algorithms.
I have a gat rifle fella.. its like rocking house poo
I bet! I know they exist but I've never seen one.
I still have mine that I got sometime before 1958. Still in pretty good condition except it has a plastic stock. Wish it was wood! I have my dad’s Daisy Buck Jones special. The wood is still good but the pump action jammed and the trigger is missing. It’s from the 1930’s.
How old is it?
I'm 70 now so it must be 15 years old now.
Sorry, I got it new when I was 60,so it's only 10 years old.
@ Thanks! Wish I had gotten a newer one like that! I have a newer one from the late 70s or early 80s made in Rogers AR but it also has the plastic stock. It’s a Model 111 B. I may keep my eyes open for one.
@@timothyedwards2161Can you give me the model number? and if it is built in Roger’s AR ? Mine is a model 94 and my son’s in a Model 111B.
Stop the camera shaking .
I always get voices on my cemetery walks so I definitely believe in what you are saying
@@GraveVisitations Thank you, I haven't had much experience of the paranormal, I'm a skeptic at heart. Your channel looks interesting, I might watch a few of your videos.
@timothyedwards2161 thank you
What a beautiful thing that happened to you he was definitely giving you a sign and thanking you 🙏
I just got one 2 days ago it's pretty hard to pull back without the wrist thing
Didn't get a wrist brace with mine. Thanks for subscribing!
imagine lighting a cigarette with a zippo running on ardbeg... damn that'd be a dream
As much as I would like to use a Zippo in a zombie apocalypse situation, my best bet for a firestarter device would be a fire piston. The fire piston uses the heat from rapid compression to ignite a little piece of charred cloth. You need to make a little charred cloth at first, but after that, you can use the fire piston to light fires and make more charred cloth.
I've never heard of it. I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the comment.
Never say never! 🥰
Thank you for this well done and honest video. I got this while working in Brooklyn and it tastes a bit young and the Peat finish is there. Not sure how it represents where I am in Brooklyn but it’s an OK dram. I wish it was cheaper though. Not worth the $70 USD for it.
Don't know whether to be proud or traumatised by your ever increasing digital footprint considering your search results now 😅
Lovely video Tim, thanks so much for taking the time to do that. And glad you enjoyed the course. It was good to bump into you today and I’m so sorry to hear your news. As I said, if you need a distraction or just want something to do, let me know if you fancy another course and you can come as a guest. Spoon next! Check out the website for course dates mate. Also I agree with you, about carving something useful. Seems to have more meaning and purpose. Lovely books your wife got you, she sounds like a lovely person, and I’m sure she’d want you to keep busy and keep doing things you enjoy. I love that she got you a dust pan and brush too!! 😆 You look after yourself mate and hope to catch ya soon. 👍
Thx
There is some footage i once saw of a childs funeral where a balloon in the church floated away and stopped at the grieving mother.
Lovely story. Just b/c we don't all spend our paychecks at the pub, the good book says that we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD. THat's not to take away from anything. I understand what you meant. As you say, we know more about how war affects ppl. now, than ever before. They didn't know what PTSD was back then. It was always a slap to the face, and a "you coward" grow a pair now get out there and do what a soldier does type of stuff. Horrifying to think. So ya, drinking the pain away, so you don't toss and turn, have nightmares etc....that's hard on the family too. I have PTSD, but manage very well. Most of the time. I digress. Again, thnx from USA
Thank you for this very moving story. We all have a Guardian Angel, perhaps this was his.
Forth sir. We cant drink tha whisky from the ole zippo now😮. It was worth a try. Ive heard you can use many sorts of lamp oil and naptha.
Like that loading port much easier to used than the FWB models both in rifle and pistol.
Thank you for this review! Kind of strange that they put out another premium grouse product after relabeling the naked grouse to the naked cask or whatever it is. Might pick it up.
@@Dafoodmaster Thank you for the comment, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I usually only do reviews on stuff nobody else has done one on, as my descriptive need some work. I'm not paid or sponsored by anyone so you can rest assured it's my own opinion.
It's a beautiful thought, and I am Christian, however real biblical angels look nothing like a humanoid with large wings. They are actually quite terrifying! I don't think I ever want to see a real angel!
If you see an angel, then you are in trouble. They are not our friends, but servants of God. They have power to kill
So what about michael, rafhael,
Our God is Always forgiving....you saw his spirit off to Heaven....what a blessing!
never thought of using bbs with a gat .ther was a time in the 80s/90s we used to get these plastic replica bb guns that you built. i had a browning 9mm replica that you had to cock to fire it was awesome.
£5 bargain!!!
It was love at first sight.
Thank you 🙏 ❤
Super so was find ich toll !!! Menschenwürdig !!!

Hell yeah
...heads off to find something with more of a kick for you....
terrible camera work
@@peterstead7510 Thanks for taking the time to comment, it's already been noted.
I am glad you like it...I have one too...
Hard to watch. Camera is too shaky.
@@robinriley-sloan3986 It's been noted. The story is more important than the pictures though.
These can be de-cocked. Hold down the little plastic tab half way down the cylinder with right thumb while bracing the lever against same elbow and pulling trigger. Had a Bora AL in '90
yet another interesting and detailed video, thankyou Timothy
Amazing. After my son died, white feathers would appear in my path no matter where I was. Very comforting.
There are many many birds in the wild losing feathers all the time.
That is beautiful!
@@spencerburrows3525what a very nasty comment unless you have buried a child as i and this lady has keep your comment to yourself 🤐
I am so sorry for your loss of your son 💔 i too have lost my daughter Lisa-Marie our Angels are at Peace & we do get signs from time to time 💔😇🕊🕯😇🕊💔x
@@susanpower9620 🙏 blessings to and for you 🌹
I went for content and watched when it mattered. Thank you but I would tell his widow. Let her take the info as it matters to her. I am familiar with the appearance of a white feather and took it to mean what mattered to me. It seemed coincidental BUT it has never left my mind. A dozen years or so later, it is still in my thoughts. Angel, gift, token, feather on the wind? It is all what matters to us individually. I can say that no bird was present at the time of which I speak. An angel? I would love that! It was in reference to a child so that would be great.
Either it's you shaking or the app that shakes like on TikTok😂
@@Pattys1967 it's already been noted. I've got a new gadget called a Karebabe h5, I did a video of it which might help in the future, if I remember to take it with me. Thanks for the comment anyway.
Camera is way to Shakey, uhg it's hard to watch
I just ordered this Casstrom Pukko kit. Thanks for the preview.
@@wayausofbounds9255 If you want to see that particular kit as the finished article it appears in my video Wood carving experience.
Wow
