Those are OK Ways if you are capped on your Expertise Level. If you arnt, you can do Countdown 7 runs will take you sub 2,5hours and give you Points to buy 2 Exotic Chaches on your Mule at the Countdown Vendor. While doing so, you can select Targetted loot to Gear-Mods or Skill Attachments, wich will give you 250-300 Filament when schreddering it. 3000 Filament turns 1 Proficency from 0-10 aka Proficient. Before you shredder The items, you can sort out the Items with the highest Sell to Vendor price, put them into Lockchest and sell them with your Mule. That should give you enough Money and Materials to craft some gear. I highly recomment crafting 5 Pieces of the Hardwired Set (but not the Holster). From the Exotic chests you can get Waveform Holster and the AR Capacitor. When you pair up the mentioned items and run Survival with the healing Seekermine + Attack Drone you can rush thrue NY incl. the Keener Endmission. Alternative: you can roll down Capacitor and Waveform Holster on the Workbench as lvl 30, might save you time gambeling ;)

This isnt the best way

Descent takes at least 30 minutes, deleting your character, run to White House, boost character and do SHD requisition project takes 10 minutes when perfected. So I guess this is neither the only nor the best method, Sorry!
