500 grams Chicken
1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Kashmiri mirch
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
3-4 tbsp Hung Curd/ yogurt
1 pinch Red Food Colour ( optional)
For Gravy
2 tbsp oil
1 Cube Butter
2 bay leaves
3 Cardamom
3 cloves
Cinnamon stick
1 onion
4 Red tomatoes
1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch
1 tsp Coriander powder
Oil 2-3 tbsp
1 cube butter

Fried chicken
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp Fresh cream
1 tsp Kasoori Methi

Wheat flour 1 cup
