Sadly certain events are only unlocked in the later phases of other scenarios. I missed out on the nutcracker because I was on a Novice server last season.

@@Ramattra567 I'm pretty sure I did the same one 3 times. Since I already had the gun also before I needed to do them again for the challenge.

You need to do the episode echoes content. If you do not own the season/episode, this is why you are stuck.

If you are talking about the pinnacles from pathfinder. It's not the one in The Pale Heart. It's in the Vanguard/Crucible/Gambit nodes on the bottom left. That is what the challenge is referring to.

@@Lalune350z Are you doing the cooperative version of those missions that require a fireteam? They are on the right side of the screen toward the raid icon. It won't work if you do just the normal mission.

@@jrodplays Wait, that makes sense. I did the second one that got a check marked by creating the fireteam myself on Legendary. The other two I joined others fireteams and they probably didn't launch it like I did...

The campaign missions will not work. There are 3 special versions of the mission on the right side of the map in the pale heart. Called "Cooperative Focus" missions. That do not have matchmaking. They have new modifiers and a debuff you have to pass around, or you die and fail the mission. Those are the ones you have to do.

@@jrodplays I got them working, it's the tiny icon on top of the missions that you choose Legendary. I did those and it worked. while there is also a challenge to do 3 Cooperative versions too it won't give checkmarks for the legendary version. So anyone who has been going through what I have, I suggest creating the fireteams yourselves and choose Legendary with the smaller icons.

It can be any 3. But I would just do all 3 for the exotic quest anyway.

@@xrainbowdawnx1396 I actually showed that I stepped on the empty plate earlier on and it started counting up. Later in the video I was stuck in an unfixable state because I didn't do enough damage to the boss. So I had to wipe. That's the part I cut out. Me jumping off the map.

@@winters_rath8561 Yes. I took steps to make sure it didn't bug. Used a bait and switch strand GL and my Super to bring the boss health down as much as possible the first phase. And I left the middle platform built so I can get to the disrupt conflux quickly. And I had no soft lock issues yesterday.

@@sanghelli53 Did it happen after you opened the secret chest, that requires you to shoot small plates while a timer is running? If so, there should be a portal open on the left side of the area, opposite side of the orb.

Can you describe what the new bugs are instead of just stating that there are more?? Cause that's not helping anybody to figure out fixes. Please identify the issues instead of just saying there are more, that would help

@@ginorvdw it's not about running a help desk, it's about being more clear about the problems you are experiencing, it would help others who are experiencing the same problems realize that it's not just them, and it would also help someone who has a fix to your issue to help you out. Just be more helpful other than saying things like "there more problems than just those ones" and walking away leaving the rest of us to wonder what other issues we might run into like you say you did, but don't seen to be able to elaborate upon. At this point I'm thinking the other issues you were running into were just user error. But congrats on finally getting that run.

I'm just a dude who was frustrated with running this, and am already helping by saying what ELSE is happening, preventing folks from watching this video for bugs that are not covered in the video, thereby making them waste less of their time. @@jrodplays nope, I had to shut it down, bedtime was way past due! 😂 I even brought a friend in just to help and it still kept happening, then I found this, after a long search while we was still in game. I just need to figure out what I can use for the most DPS so I don't get locked out again.. 🤷 but thank you for making this, there isn't anything out there besides reddit posts saying it's bugged and not going to be fixed for 5 weeks from this last reset since that's when the gun is getting nerfed cuz it's WAY to our favor! 🤣😬

@@gavinhubsch2660 I ran into that too. The only way I have be able to progress it. Was to rebuild all the platforms, and it let me step on the invisible plate to push the phase.

Try standing where the cap point should be after building the platforms a few times. Mine let me complete it that way.

@@jrodplays I did over and over again. It worked 1 time. I got the gun now I can’t get the catalyst because it keeps bugging. I’ll wait a week or 2 before trying again. Thanks though.

@@1katndahat That’s what I thought originally. But nope. I got him to half health first damage phase still happened. Did it with a team now too. Nearly half health on expert, no node. Died, exactly same type of damage, it worked. It’s a bug/glitxh

@@mahmer09 yeah I've read about the glitch, but it's not getting fixed until 4 more weeks after this next reset when they are going to nerf the auto rifle for that mission. Cuz it's WAY over powered, I just hope it doesn't keep happening cuz I want it!! 😂

They changed my name after 10 years, granted I guess I broke CoC but still, they even took my name change I was holding on to also just in case it happened again, yeah took my name 3 times, of course my name being "that_Fucr" 🤷🤣 but right when I was like, ok not again, I'll use my name change to something else just to find out they to that too..

@@1katndahat I actually did. But you can’t change your name back. You can only make up a new name. My friends was “Walter-Monkey” and he can’t change to back. 🙄 I had some dashes. I might try to make the old one but with no dash. Still very annoying.

@@tobberh he showed the fix for that the red shield don't show up but if you stand there the timer goes untill the weakness shield appears mine completely does nothing boss is soft locked and no way progress

@@darrenhenderson7076 None of the fixes he showed in the video worked, boss was just stuck behind red shield. Had to suicide and start over, but at least I managed to wail hard on it and 2 phase it on last attempt. Spend the whole evening on this shit. Seems like Bungie has no QA left on Destiny 2.

@@darrenhenderson7076 nope. I had the glitch with the ''inactive'' plate. stood on it, completed it. got the prompt to ''break the shield'' but no crystal to pop the shield appears. every single fucking run.

That's kind of what I ran into on the first run that I couldn't figure out. Although I didn't try to go back and build the middle platform to see if I could disrupt the boss again. So maybe try that if it happens again.

@@jrodplays same problem, went to mid platform, nothing at all

If it happens again. Check which side the antenna is on. Build the platforms on the opposite side. Then build them back to the antenna. Try standing in the circle even if it is lit. It should start counting up, and progress the fight.

@@jrodplays nope. I did about 20% damage to the first run. told me to build the other side. Then I did. Now there's no 4 sided pyramid to break to start the damage phase.

@@DaKeithCody And when you stand on the area, even though there is no plate, it didn't start counting like mine did in the video?

Just stick to the Gunsmith. Do his twice and it should clear the challenge.

@@razli7155 There is no other options. Certain triumphs/challenges you need to complete require The Final Shape, and the episode Echoes content.
