Sorry, I haven't played Starcraft II Gem TD RMK in a while, so I don't know which towers are the best this current season (Season 3). They started adding new towers in Season 2, so the meta might have changed a lot. In Season 1, in my opinion, the best towers for Damage Easy and Normal were Great Sapphire, Super Garnet, Super Egyptian Gold, Super Kunzite, Super Enchanted Emerald, Super Black Opal and Rose Quartz Crystal (watch my 158 million Damage Normal video). I am not "happy". If you look at Season 1's leaderboard, you will see my name there (evilobiwan or Evilobiwan). The best place to ask your question would be the StarCraft II Gem TD Discord. The "happy" you mentioned has helped me a lot there, especially with Survival mode.

Thanks a lot, much appreciated! Yeah you are correct. I don't have an endgame strat for the Classic Timed category, just react as fast as possible and hope for the best. It is really unlike my Damage and Swarm category replays which do have an endgame strat, meta, etc. I just got really lucky in Season 1 because no one really cared about Classic Timed (especially the higher difficulty ones like Absurd). If you really want to learn from the best for Classic Timed, I suggest joining the Starcraft gem td discord and watching replays from the top players.

Do you have your Reign of Chaos and Frozen Throne cd keys with you? You just have to redeem those keys on the battlenet client and it should work. You will get reforged but with just the classic graphics.

Has battlenet launcher forced you to update to the latest version? If so, you'll probably be forced to login with a battlenet account. Once you create that account, you login to the battlenet launcher using that account and redeem your RoC and FT cd keys there.

I select those towers because I want to farm more gold using spell/elder slates and jade tower(s). For example, during lvl 25 where there is the Re-Runner boss, I select a bunch of towers/gems except jade and press the hotkey S to stop them from attacking the Re-Runner boss. This way, I'm able to farm more gold from my elder/spell slates and jade(s). Sorry for the late reply, have been really busy lately.

@@gabsterrivera5674 hi 1. Ideally, you want to get elder slate early (spell+poison slates), they give you money 2. Get jade towers as they give you money 3. Most importantly, this ability: For example, you have all your towers and gems (except jade towers, spell slates and other slates) saved in a control group before lvl 25. During lvl 25, you stop them from attacking the ReRunner by selecting the control group you saved and holding down the 'S' key (You can hear me holding down the 'S' key in the video). You only allow the jade towers and elder slate to attack the ReRunner. You won't be able to stop the other slates from attacking at the same time, so let them be. This way, the ReRunner doesn't die so quickly and you earn more money this way. You can also do this for the infernal rounds if you feel confident.

@@frizider2 It was intentional. I have been given advice to place my Uranium at that particular spot (when I get uranium early). Fire star at a certain point isn't that effective, so I didn't mind.

When you switch from extra chancing gems to slates or vice versa, the chance level for the switch is -1. If I had continued chancing Diamond, it would be Diamond (4x). I hope this makes sense.

Yeah, agreed. There might be slight variations in the other towers used by a player though (after seeing your proof). Sad thing is there really isn't an alternative way to win. The other unique towers are either too expensive or too weak.

If you select your builder unit, you will see a button with an 'O' and an arrow pointing to the bottom right. That is your swap ability. When you use this ability, mark the target tower/gem and then mark the destination tower/gem. You can make this faster by selecting your builder unit and using the hotkey 'W'.

I don't, it's entirely RNG. I'ts more like I roughly know what I need for a fast run. If I don't get the luck I need, I restart. Also, depending on the round, my priority of picking certain slates/gems would change accordingly.

That's a pretty good time for lvl 48. Didn't expect you to play Gem TD Plus. I agree that this maze build is pretty solid, but my maze has undergone some changes (I have a total of 3 fast/early maze builds on my channel). This video would be the first one. The other two would be Gem TD Plus #27 and #28 videos respectively. The latter two are the more popular mazes on the leaderboard at the moment. Yeah, it's pretty much the meta to get a star ruby at the start because of air lvls. So even if you get a malachite/silver at the start, you still have to get a star ruby next. And if you get a star ruby at the start, you won't need to get the other two (unless it's a 1-hit).

You just have to redeem your keys for RoC and FT on the battlenet client and it should work.
