This is a basic walk around of this tent to point out some of the features. This tent comes with a footprint, stakes and a bag. The neutral color is what made choose this over other tents from Kelty, Marmot, and Nebo.

Here I compare two great saws. The Silky Pocketboy 170 with large teeth and the Sven 15." These were tested on a dead White Pine tree in temperatures below 0 degrees Fahrenheit.

This is an unboxing video of a left handed .308 Winchester, Ruger Scout Rifle. 18" barrel stainless steal barrel, laminate stock. These rifles now ship with two plastic 10 shot magazines and a thread protector.
Have one, had it for about two years. GREAT knapsack!! You will ❤ it.
How has this scope held up?
I thought there was like a dozen zerk fittings, can’t find any. 22 trail
Are these the freek scales from state h in Russia? I’ve googled for freek scales and found the Russian site and AWT who I have used in the past for my bailout. I like these a lot
any glare using the flashlight & scope in conjunction with each other
what size?
Hey, I wish I could go on a long day with you, live in the woods, and go camping😢
Sweet pack. I’m thinking about this for a hunting day pack. I like packing in my cold weather gear and then putting it on at my stand so I don’t sweat as much. Definitely seems like a quality piece of gear.
What is the site for the freek scales please
Just bought one i loveit
Those earplugs are really effective in reducing the sound signature of your friend screaming as the bear chews on his femur. Guaranteed peaceful night sleep
1:04 It is not an Intek with the cyclonic air filter. It is an actually commercial-grade engine that Briggs makes for zero turn mowers. Look on the Briggs commercial website (vanguard). It is right there.
Upstate SC?
thanks, yeah, I've heard people say about how comfortable this is. I'm tempted..
It's hard as hell trying to find these at reasonable prices, much less the stainless 18" lefty versions. You have a very very rare rifle here.
awesome review! do you think this pack would have enough room for a one day camping backpacking trip?
I just ordered this from Amazon. I'm a big man. I own the Spree 32, but wanted a pack to attach my fire kit and first aid kit on the molle system for quick access. I've heard many talk about the weak grab handle. So I plan to build a handle out of the survival 625lb Paracord, weaving a cobra strap. Then sew it using artificial sinew. Should sturdy up the handle.
nice review. What pouch do you use for your Leatherman?
Skinth solutions
You can top off the plastic ones while they’re in place.
That waterproof pocket is a great idea! Soo many packs i see put a waterproof zipper on the pocket but the pocket itself is not waterproof... Makes zero sense but this zipper and the pocket is waterproof! Great little day pack or overnight bugout bag. Well thought out!! My kind of pack!
whats that bike back there?
Nice! I wish it had a better waist belt option
Enjoyed the review. I just picked up my left handed scout today. Ended up getting the same scope. I'm a Tug Hill guy, too.
do you still have this mower?
Hell yea Brother
#1, Clean up your garage! #2, If you don't like the optic, send it back, end of story.
I went with low rings so it wouldn't effect my cheek weld. Less math in transitioning distance too. I run the Leupold fixed 2.7 on my scout. I have this variable scout scope on my mini 14 in a scout configuration as well. I may swap the two. I would make more sense. I also own a lefty in 16" barrel. Love it. I know I'm late on the comment here but I couldn't resist. Thanks for sharing!
I love this pack, but dislike that the patch is not removable and REALLY dislike that it wasn't designed so that the pass-through pocket could be closed for water bottles, etc.
Mine came with the AI metal (lefty too) and you're spot on with the plastic Ruger Mags. Definitely better. The feed lips on the metal AI mag aren't strong enough to go the long haul.
It seems like a nice pack. Hope has it held up? Do you still use it? Have you taken it on an overnight campin trip?
It has held up great. I have not used it for overnight. I have a 50 liter kelty redwing for overnight. That is the minimum size I will personally use for an overnight. I probably carry more gear than others.
With Variable power scout scopes you may need to change the distances of eye relief to avoid the fish eye effect. If so, choose your favorite magnification and mark it on the picatiny rail for two or more settings. (Moving scope mounts forward and back on the rail to compensate dependant on magnification). A fixed power scope with unlimited eye relief is another option. For accuracy try not to change your cheek weld, or head positioning, or length of pull. (Shoulder point), in all magnifications. Note: moving up and down the rail may change your point of impact up and down. This is easily tested and remembered once you set your preferences. (If set for 100 yards or meters ? What is the difference of hold over up close ? The opposite is true as well if set close, remember the hold over at distance). Then again it may not change or change greatly but definitely test it out. My hunting rifle: coyotes Ruger 22-250 m-77 mkII; 26” bull barrel, tiger wood laminated stock, 2lb trigger, redfield golden 5 star scope camed out for hand loaded 70 grain sierra soft points and hornady 60 grain hollow points. Longest kill shot 525 yards +2 deg. 38 deg Fahrenheit. +3 to +5 mph cross wind. 39lb coyote male (70gr bullet loaded for 500 yards “+3 clicks over elevation for 500y, neg 11clicks into the wind @4:25pm evening).
I sighted it in at 100 yards at full magnification (7). Testing the scope at 4 or 5 was fine for my eye. Normally I leave it on 4 walking in the woods and higher if in the stand
I just bought one and the tent seems great. However the rain fly fits very sloppy on mine despite adjusting all Velcro tabs and guide lines.
I can't hear you... Great review vid.
Have a set of his carbon fiber on my boost very cool scales.
Just bought a used 2020 X330 with 11.1 hours. Mower deck was never used! A steal including the bagger!
You've been researching them?! Wow, so you spent like thousands of dollars and went to like Antarctica or Africa to examine them in the wild?! How many test tubes did you use?! Did you wear a lab coat?! This is incredible! Stop. Using. The. Word. Research.
Thanks for watching.
@@ryanottaway1 Trump 2020!
Awesome review. I’m planning on getting the super freek and these scales. I’m so relieved Aramis makes the scales drilled for us south paws!
I'm glad it doesn't have an admin pouch. It's for the outdoors. I wish the patch was removable and had velcro underneath. The side pouches should be large enough for a standard Nalgene bottle, and because this pack is so "tight" you cannot take advantage of outside pockets without severely entering the inside space. Lastly, the pass/through side pocket should be deigned to use it that way or as a standard pocket like on the other side. This pack should be rethought..
Mine is tearing up good too I’m so tempted to just rip it off.. I really don’t want to spend another $80 just for scales, I could buy another mini grip for that and call it a day lol
Please let me know if you can put water bottles in both sides of the side pockets. I want to upgrade from my Stowaway pack and I cannot decide between this and the Ridge Runner.
no, only on one side. the other side has no bottom, used for fly fishing rods or virtually anything else
what magnification do you dial in for typical hunting distances?
How well does it cycle rounds any trouble and how is the recoil ? I'm going to buy one this spring possibly in 350 legend.
OMG.....LOO pold......leupold.......not LEOpold
Oh GOD THANK YOU FOR CLEARING THAT UP FOR US.
Who really care how people pronounce Leupold? I get tired of seeing people get their panties in a bunch over this. Really, it doesn't matter and we know the company that's being referenced.
Other that sounding less than properly educated on a video in which you are trying to impart knowledge to other people…..nah… go ahead and mispronounce words in your native tongue……
@@aaronwilcox6417 ..do you correct people when they mispronounce your name eh eh ron?
It's just be small minded to be irate over an corporate name or private name. I'm not going to get make slight and mispronounce your name or handle. I'm not into that. It's just silliness how folks make mountains of mole hills. But hey, what can one expect, it's the internet and everyone is 10' tall.
trying to decide between this and an osprey talon 22.
Good review. Is that a sewn on patch that can be removed, or is it direct embroidered? Nothing against Maine Fish & Wildlife Service, I'd just prefer the backpack without the logo. Thanks.
it is direct embroidery
Wtf is an ongine?
Check out the loco
Very cool I've been looking for scales for this knife for a while
Debateing on a 330 or 350
Cody Welter I went with the 350. First ordered the 330, but the next day went back and changed it. I think the B&S would of been a great engine, I just think X350 sounds better than X330. Ya, I know silly. My dealer had the 330 for $3003 and the 350 for $3400. With the $300 rebate your only talking $100. Just got mine day before yesterday. Also, put some 22in tires on it and it looks sweeeet. Just don’t like the little 20 inchers. 2 inches makes a big difference. Just had to readjust deck.
I just don't see the point in choosing the X330 over the S240. they're both the same size and weight and have the same transaxle. S240 is $500 cheaper. I wouldn't even bother with a 300 series unless I was buying the X380 with the K58 transaxle. I was shocked to find out the lower X300 series had the crappy weak K46 transaxle, same as the D170 that can't even make it up this little hill. ua-cam.com/video/9_3qCmCmlIg/v-deo.html
I just bought a X350, never considered the s 240. I don’t know where you got your weight but John Deere website has the S240 at 458lbs and the X330 607lbs. I’d say that’s a huge difference. Probably most of it in the frame. I just sold my 2003 John Deere LT 150 I bought new with the K46 tranny and plowed snow, pulled around a 6x8 550lbs empty weight trailer filled with firewood for all of those yrs with no transmission issues. I of course at the time never realized it was a “weak” transmission supposedly, I just found this out a few weeks ago. I also had to pull it up a short steep hill where I stored it from and had no problem as long as grass was dry. That was empty of course. But after hearing of the transmission problems with the k46 I probably will take this one a little easier. Forgot...you have 4 yr/ 300 hr warranty instead of 3yr / 200 hr. Another big difference.
@@dan4466 ah ok, thanks. Some other website said the X350 was about 460 pounds but ya, the John Deere website says 607 pounds. Wow, your LT150 did all that work and still held up after 15 years? Why did you get rid of it if it was that good? I've seen several people with 2014 D-series tractors where the transmission either weakened or died right after warranty. Most of them didn't mention it on any video or web page, they just got rid of it and got a new one, which is what I suspect John Deere figured most people would do. It's rare to find one of those being sold used where they actually tell you the transmission is weak but here's an example of what I've seen happen to several of those D-series tractors. www.tractorhouse.com/listings/farm-equipment/for-sale/73309127/2014-john-deere-d140 In this case, they're selling the D140 for a very low price and telling the customer it won't do hills. It probably won't be long before that transmission breaks down completely. A skilled mechanic might be able to fix it but the average owner can't because that transmission is designed to be non-serviceable.
@mrbubetube I stopped at the dealer with my father and I looked at them and that got the urge going. I'm 57 Im going to retire in a few years and i said i deserve a new tractor. I just moved this year so I won't be pulling a the trailer around the property anymore. I got $800 out of my L T150 with the blade. Not to bad for a 16 yr old jd.
