This was an awful review and suggest you keep your day job. The main point you got wrong is in regards to charging the battery. The 330e car uses regenerative energy to recoup some power, but it also can use the engine to charge the battery i.e the battery control button allows you to charge the battery up to 100%. The other point you are missing is that hybrids are about efficiency. Most of my journeys are short and for those I only use the electric motor. Over a month I do 300 miles and use about 4 gallons of fuel and about 180KWh of electricity in a car that will do 0-60 in under 6 seconds and can cover a long trip without having to stop for hours to charge !

When you charging the battery while you driving by pressing the battery button , does it charging through the engine or just from the brakes?

Bought a 2024 BMW X5 50e in Sept. 2023, 130 miles and 3 days days later "DriveTrain Malfunction", Flat towed to dealer. It's been in repairs for 112 days! Hybrid Battery Management Modules and other electronic components are failing and replacement parts have to come from Germany ! BMWNA bought the 50e back 4 months later this week. My wife didn't want to get stranded again, so we switched over to a 2024 BMW X5 xDrive40I M Sport. Google "X5 50e Problems" and you'll be surprised how many owners have had same "Drivetrain Malfunction" and bricked. Reviews should add info gained at Bimmerpost (BMW Forum) where owners can add real life experiences on the cars in review.

The native nav on the vast major of automobiles is garbage. Google maps via Apple Car Play or Android Auto in satellite view is the best. I own a 330e and Google Maps looks fantastic with satellite view enabled. 👌
