Christianity and Islam are 2 different religions. They don't believe in the same. Christians believe in a triumph God. This great mother will get double the rewards as she converted sheikh uthman's step father and then on her mother in laws deathbed but most importantly she bore a child who history will remember as the man who converted untold numbers of men and women to the real deen of al islaam. This is the man who made it possible for the fornicators and the adulterers and the adultresses and the drunkards to change their perverted ways and into the fold of al islaam only to please allaah. The story of the step grandmother has really hit home that such a staunch anti muslim person on her death bed accepts the deen of allaah is a testament to the humbleness of all the hard work put in by my great sheikh for allaah's cause. I plead with all the daiee's of true islaam to follow in the footsteps of my sheikh and his mother and that my allaah grant my sheikh's step father his pardon for the shortcomings.
