Filmed this video months ago, so some details are missing. Apparently I got pregnant in September but found out in November, however two months before then, my period cycle regularized. What helped me you may ask : God. God. God. Then on my part, I took fitness seriously, I had stopped cos the doctor said exercise could have triggered the PCOS but nah, it wasn’t it cos stopping the gym stopped nothing, then dieting. Ate more of vegetables, proteins and fruits. If I’m being honest, I don’t know if any of this helped but one thing I’m certain is that Abba came through.
