It's been almost 14 years since I last visited Lupah Sug. I’m happy to see that Uncle Teh’s mamihan is still around. Hands down, it serves the best mami and arroz caldo I have ever tasted, and it brings back the fondest memories of my childhood. I always requested that my late mother buy it for my breakfast-a staple of my summer vacations in Jolo. My late mother and late Uncle Teh were classmates in elementary school.

Those small white aircon buses are now starting to ply along the roads/streets of CDO. With the impending phasing out of jeepneys in the city, if ever it pushes through for modernization, this aircon buses, with seats patterned after the old jeepneys, will be the main transportation around the city proper.
You are right sir, I hope those jeepney owner will have at least subsidy from the government thus they can start up business since they will be replaced by buses, otherwise it will end up protesting
