@@AaditAggarwal-r5k Elastic Limit is defined as the maximum limit upto which we can extend a spring or any other elastic body. Here they asked about the maximum extension of the spring whose extension depends on the motion of the two blocks attached to it. So we can’t apply elastic limit concept here. If we change the conditions of velocity of the blocks, answer will be changed.
