I used a different approach - write y as a function of x, so y = 4*x/(x-4), assume k=x-4, so y = 4*(k+4)/k = 4 + 16/k, means that k can be only {1, 2, 4, 8, 16}, giving us the 5 possible solutions.

oh no.. you missed the pairs (6, 12) and (12, 6) which will probably come from 2*8=16 and 8*2=16
