      Thank you for your comment! The impact of the COVID pandemic on overall market prices is indeed significant. However, the resale transaction patterns discussed in the video can also be observed in many ECs that reached their MOP before the pandemic.

    a lot is duplicate/triplicate listing. i think all freshly TOP condo/MOP condo, many duplicates/triplicates. propertyguru shld charge higher to avoid duplicate/triplicate listing. :P

    the 2 objectives of a seller are to (1) break even and (2) make a profit ??? If you make a profit, isn't it therefore inferred that you also break even? 🤣 there's something screwed up with your logic
