Thank you. Happy early birthday though. I am 21, I got put on antidepressants and it’s hell. Hell without them too but I don’t wanna depend on it. Trying to find a balance is difficult. People tell me to find things I like doing and for me it’s exercise but even I built an unhealthy relationship with it but I don’t wanna get into detail with that. I have thought about smoking but I’m not sure honestly. I really appreciate the replies though
