I got my septum pierced this morning, I can tell it’s crooked but it’s not that noticeable, I’m underage and the piercing was a birthday gift. The piercer told me it was a bit crooked but because my nose is supposedly making it look like that and that she couldn’t do anything. I don’t think I’m taking it off bcs I have a revision on a couple weeks, may be they tell me something. But, having spent the hole day with it, I got used to it and it doesn’t look that bad I think.

I just got mine pierced yesterday and I’m worried it’ll reject the piercer didn’t tell me what to do so I googled it. I gargled salt water two times a day a rinsed my mouth with water after eating

What did you use to moisturize it to maintain?

I am 4 months into my loc journey and I have dry scalp too. After two weeks my scalp is usually very dry and flaky. I’ve been using aloe vera juice with a few drops of vitamin E oil, and Rosewater. So far, it is working wonders. I can go a month without washing and no dry scalp or flakiness.

My neck, back and sides are about the length you started and my crown and top are a little longer. I’ve never had locs before, but will be getting my starter locs in a couple of weeks, January 2024.
