RiP Paul Scott - #EPBSC Commodore Emeritus Great tribute on Sunday 15th September by members of EPBSC, Family and Friends either by water or on the bridge. A fitting farewell with a stop for some at the "Jennings" Watering hole but all on to Turf Locks, followed by more consumption at River Exe Cafe or the Beach pub, Exmouth.
