You can use both for one project. I recommend using SketchUp for the conceptual design and mass modeling while using Revit to develop a more detailed structural and architectural model for BIM purposes.

Sorry T-4REX, maybe the audio wasn't clear. I said "Press the Tab key to select all walls." You can also use it too switch selection for joined and embedded elements.

Yes. I agree. You can make a lot of changes and test materials.

I don't use SketchUp, but when importing into Twinmotion, you have a choice between replacing your models materials with Twinmotion Materials, if you prefer to keep your model's materials and place them manually, Please uncheck the material substitution during Import. I hope this helps.

It’s from the method of import I used. I used “import Geometry” and import the three different models. A direct link import will come with material texture and color from Revit. That means you will have to merge three models in Revit before importing them into Twinmotion using a direct link.

I was showing both methods. Both Direct Link, and Manual Geometry.

Thank you KingMader, I appreciate the feedback. With regards to path tracer, not all PCs have this feature enabled. It is reserved for High-End Graphic Processors with Ray Tracing power. My current PC does not support Ray Tracing, so I don't have the path tracer enabled. Does your PC have a graphic process that supports Ray Tracing?
