CAL BAND GREAT!

I remember an energy bail out: PG&E and Edison. I'm currently in Tulare, CA - struggling after the job market crash (fuck hard work, work smart, like fuck your professor) - I don't like seeing energy supervisors sitting in their fucking truck and milking it; while I escape my reality: drinking it ...know what I mean. The surplus in Califas was drained. Now there is a deficit, teachers are laid off, admin are giving themselves raises, state police have worked for free, professors have learned how to dip five times (that's quintdipping, I think), baby boomers are still milking their children (what else is new), frogs can really do the Charleston...etc.

Oh my god, for such an old tape, it's in amazing shape! The audio and video are so clear!

I was there. The stadium was electric. Cal won this game. It was the first Joe Roth game.

Joe Roth was the man- I never knew him, but I think he was the greatest, in many ways- THE BEAR NEVER DIES, AND NEITHER WILL JOE'S SPIRIT.

I was at that game. It was on TV, a rarity in those days. Cal won 13 - 9.

Wow - really great show. I loved so many things about it - marking time to the sides, the amazing diagonal countermarch, the crisp dance steps, and most of all - seeing Bob Briggs at the end. That was very special.

I love it the Cal Band still play's with the idiots from USC fighting the guys trying to protect the band, thank god guy's like me at ten yrs old I was in the mix beating some Trojan ass.

I was there when I was ten, the most exciting and bringing to life of Cal football.

Go Bears! Cal Band GREAT...Joe Roth 12, this is priceless. Cal 17-14 wins. Bigger isn't always better, troyboys.

Now THAT is a massively impressive performance by the Spirit of Troy, especially in direct contrast to the smaller Cal band.
