Sir I have choosen my field of study in my life but then also many days I procastinate instead of involving into the thing.Why this happens to many of us?
Sometimes it's ok to procrastinate, it's ok take a break. We are humans not robots.But if you procrastinate most of the times then it's a matter of concern. Building strong habits is the only long lasting solution of such problems.

Don't relay on motivation. Build habits Because motivation is not long lasting. Once you build a habit it remain forever with you. To build any habit you need to follow science of habit formation. Go through the book Atomic Habits by James clear to learn about science of habit formation.

For sure I will. First I will make a video on self esteem which asked for. It may take a while but for time being just remember this, define what success means to you or you will be forced to accept the definition of society. If you happen to be in the field that like you , keep doing it irrespective of what others think of it. If you are happen to be in the field which you don't like but you are doing it for fulfilling family responsibilities , take out at least half hour to do things which you like.
