QIXSCII | C64

An incredible addictive gem from 2023 by Roman Werner. I thought it would be a fun experience to try and develop a Qix-BASIC 10Liner on the Commodore 64. I quickly had to realize that it is not as simple as it looks from outside. The major challenge in making a Qix-clone is to detect the area that needs to be filled when closing a line. No chance to do this in 10 lines of code! But I thought th...

Absolute classic. That sense of speed when you hit the ground fast. Nothing quite like it.
Player Name MAY und 50000 $
Used this a lot back in the day to reset the system. Didn't like using the rocker switch all the time.
that's the way it is
Indianapolis 500 The Simulation came out 1989/1990 for DOS and Amiga. It made this game looks very dated, not much different from Pole Position from 1982(??) The Indianapolis 500 game was much nicer on the Amiga, of course. Especially with a 14Mhz CPU or better. Crashing generated cool effects of flying parts.
I absolutely love Pole Position, Grand Prix Circuit and Indianapolis 500. The crashes and all the flying parts in Indianapolis 500 are so much fun to play - they really add to the excitement.
@@docmnemonic a lot of us seem to crash in the In the opposite direction on purpose for for maximum effect. LoL
Im here fore 8-bits title
The swedish 🇸🇪 pinball games - PINBALL DREAMS, PINBALL FANTASIES, and PINBALL ILLUSIONS, at their best on the Amiga 😺👍🕹️. A big retrospective like 👍🕹️ from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮.
Many retrogaming greetings to Finland
so for clarification: 8bit is a character from a game called brawl stars and there's like a level you can get to by using 8bit so you get a title named SYS64748 which is like a little text under your username, hope you understand it better now 😅

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah my nostalgias! First two pc games ever bought for me was Alone in the Dark, and Geoff Crammonds Grand Prix. You had to use your imagination a bit but even with those blocks of plain colour, you still knew who and what you were passing every time if you knew the cars anyway. All the helmets were right on the drivers screen but they didnt actually get the rights for F1 so the team and driver names were different. (Thats Pierluigi Martini's Minardi OP is harassing. The white yellow black car) and the Green and Blue ones are Jordan 191's.... The Michaels debut car.
Omg this game have damage model? If I had had this game as a child I would have been stuck playing it for centuries! I love these graphics, pure nostalgia
Daaaaamn 1992 ??? those graphics would have blown me away at the time
they blew me away first game ever bought for me on PC. You had 3 colours per roblox looking mufugga of a car but you knew who you were racing against if you were already watching the sport. The only other racing sim worth a damn back then was Papyrus Indy 500 which came with the Creative Labs Soundblaster 8 (amiga had great sounds built in, we had to get a card) Papyrus went on to do Indycar Racing, Nascar Racing and the same guys are now doing iRacing. Crammond did 4 GP games but never really updated the engine at all so they sadly got jankier. Somewhere between Indy 500 and F1GP are the first racing sims that A) you could tune the car, AND it actually made a difference B) you were actually on a full circuit and could turn around and drive into the traffic at high speed and C) you could smash up every other car. F1 was fun to play properly, Indy 500 was *f'ing epic* for doing a lap backwards at full speed then plowing into cars at 400mph closing speed and enjoying the carnage.
2:03 banned for the rest of your life for those moves. :) Loved this for my Atari STe. Now I upload old Codemasters F1 games.
Codemasters V8 Supercars 3 (Toca Racer) was absolutely awesome back in the day. The one time i have ever dropped acid in my life was at a mates place where we had i think a ps2 and a steering wheel. I shit you not.... i was actually at Bathurst that day.
I was always more of a SYS64760 man myself.
Great game, but you are very bad at the wheel.
FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX from MicroProse is a legendary classic game on the Amiga 😺👍🕹️. Also, it's great to meow back to your channel 😺👍🕹️.

Fantastic game!
Tough but enjoyable game.
