Thank you🙏🏽
Dr. Eliott, many thanks for posting these chapter video sessions! I’m a returning (much older/first semester) evening graduate student (MS Real Estate) in NYC currently enrolled in Corporate Finance course assigned Ross 13 Ed.- a needed pre-requisite requirement. Your video lectures sessions are of immense help!! Many Many Thanks!! FYI, I remember as kid watching the Jaques Cousteau TV series - glued to our RCA wooden TV! I think there were 13 TV broadcast channels back in the day.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment. I'm glad to know that my videos have helped. I always believe that hearing a topic from another perspective can be a valuable learning device. I wish you the best of luck with your graduate studies.
I can't express my gratitude enough. Thank you so much. Your lectures are helping me so much
I'm very glad to hear that they are helpful to you. Best of luck with your studies.
Thank you so much teacher
sir you are a blesssing, i was struggling to revise all the concepts from intro to finance but you summed it up perfectly in just one relatively short hour long video. A sincere Thank you!
Thank you so much. I'm happy to know that you found the video useful.
Nice Video Are you open to new Recommendations ?
Thanks! First video i found on this style front brake. This helped me a lot.
Thanks for the comment. I'm glad that it helped.
Sorry but at 47:47, from the book I am ready for corporate finance, there isn't the C within the bracket if the present value of annuity, can you explain to me the difference ?
And to argue, in the example you are showing after, there isn't the C in the bracket
You are absolutely correct. There should not be a C in the brackets. Sorry for the error, these slides are from McGraw Hill and I didn't check that particular formula.
Sure looks like the plank stock I bought for the ship in 1997.
I don't know if it was wood that was on hand or something they acquired more recently. Either way, it was absolutely beautiful wood. I worked with similar quality wood on the restoration of Elissa. Very rare stuff these days.
Professor - you are, of course, correct that Excel's NPV function assumes cash flow at the end of the period. Please check out the function XNPV, which allows you to input a rate, multiple cash flows as a range, and multiple corresponding dates as another range! In my experience this formula has replaced NPV and is far more flexible.
Thanks for the tip, it's very helpful. I took a look at it and you're right, it's much better and more accurate as well. I guess my primary complaint about the NPV function is that common usage of the term is not what the function actually does. Effectively the NPV function is doing a PV, but the Excel PV function is even more flexible than the NPV function.
sir, thank you for video but i cannot see the title :((
I found a super lecturer here , thank you for all!!!!
❤❤ thank you , I found one of the best lecturers here
Thank you. I'm glad that you got something out of it.
Lovely boat,
How long is the boat?
LOA is 34 feet.
whatinhell is that thing, over on the right?
Are you asking about the zendrum? It's an electronic percussion device.
Awesome!!! Growing more in my backyard!!
Good luck. We need to help increase the population of monarchs. They are an important part of the ecosystem.
Thanks for sharing!
I'm happy to share. Having the privilege of watching and documenting the work of such talented shipwrights is rare here in Cleveland.
Super. Mais le son me laisse dans l'attente
Sorry that the sound wasn’t good for you. This was a live performance and I pulled from both the board and the room. It’s not great I agree.
Beautiful 🦋 but sadly their numbers are dwidling 🙏
It is very sad. I hope that we can reverse that terrible trend.
Not anymore....read the latest stats and grow Milkweed!!!
Great boat great song
Thanks. I really enjoy her.
I could never get enough of the sweet sound you guys make!!! From the soul your music is.
Nice video!!Can you upload all the tutorials of BMC?
Sorry, I can't. Their material is copyrighted. However, if you are associated with a university that has a Bloomberg terminal, you should be able to gain access through the university. The other advantage to actually taking it is that if you happen to get a high score, Bloomberg saves that and some businesses will recruit on that basis. One last thing to know, even if you don't have access to a terminal you can take the BMC for $149. You can go here to signup: portal.bloombergforeducation.com/courses. I hope this helps.
Thanks for your valuable suggestions! My University doesn’t have Bloomberg terminal.., i have to do it with $149.😥
lol ..... I was viewing the video and put the screen on loop . .... so i circumnavigated the song and rail shot for hours . One day i will get there .
I'm glad that you enjoyed it. I'm a kayaker as well. I see from your channel that you're in Ontario as well. Summer of 2019 I got up to the Georgian Bay and had fantastic visit to Ontario. The Huron coast is so nice. I wanted to go back last summer, but with the border closures, I couldn't. I'm hoping that this coming summer I can go back.
@@elliowb2 Yes i am , there is a story behind that of course . I was a sailor first and foremost but , she wanted to do something besides sit around , and the trip to the store was made . Lessons later and full kayak gear we haven't looked back . As retirement looms over the horizon ,,, so that old dream of sailing just came back to our reset dreams . Hope to see you all on the lake and i seriously hope this covid thingy stops. So the search for a larger vessel can resume Fair winds . K and D
I am about to do the same thing to a Pacific Seacraft. I’m wondering if you found it difficult getting to the backing plates from the inside of the boat? I’m looking at mine now and they seem to painted with some thick sort of resin.
It turns out that upon closer examination, I decided to replace the upper shrouds and the backstay chainplates (Pacific Seacraft has them in stock, they're pricey but it was convenient and they are now made of 316 and cut with a water jet rather than a punch). I have a PSC34, and the upper shrouds can be accessed in the small compartment just forward of the bookshelf. I only needed to peel off the headliner, and the bolts were easily accessible. There is a metal backing plate embedded in the fiberglass, but on mine there was a little bit of paint, but it was easy to know off the nuts by putting the socket over the nut and lightly taping it. The lower shrouds would be a bigger pain because they behind teak slats behind the bookshelf. Why are you replacing yours? Do they leak? Even though mine 'looked' OK, there was a potential of crevice corrosion (though not too likely in my freshwater only boat), still decided it was time. Good luck.
Thats awsome thanks
Thanks for watching. I was incredibly lucky to catch the first scene footage. Just happened to be the right light and good luck that they were moving the dish during my time-lapse.
X-files aka Illuminati song
Where was the shower?
On a 34 foot boat like this Crealock, the head IS the shower too. There is no separate shower space. The floor has a teak grate and there is a sump pump that drains the gray water over the side.
super !!
You should have better success if you reduce canvas on both sails, putting a reef or two in the main will help a lot with actually slowing forward movement, especially when the wind is stronger. Happy sailing!
Thx ,much appreciated. Kent stage is one of my fave venues .I recently moved back to N.E. Ohio from Alaska after being up there 15 yrs. It's beautiful up there but really lacking as far as music is concerned .lol So I've been making up for lost concert time :8) thx again .
This is a serious blue water sailboat. Have circumnavigated a number of times.
What are we looking for? what have you found?
Hi, Is it possible parking at the VLA until the sunrise?
First heard these guys last night as the opening band for ZZ Top; I was totally captivated!!!! ♡♡♡
Up and coming...sharing!
