can you do this on fondant?

I am new to cookie decorating and only a hobby cookier. I have family close so I would not even need a hotel. Would this be above my level? I have mastered my cookie recipe (lemon) and have a pretty good handle on icing consistency.

Moisture trap is installed in hose backward. the compressor should be connected to the clear "jar" portion to capture any water/moisture in the air from the compressor. The Airbrush (not gun) should be connected to the chrome end. The way it is connected in the video could allow moisture collecting in the trap to condense and spit water into the airbrush and onto the subject. Overall great info for beginning airbrush decorating of baked goods.

This is probably a premature question, since I haven't finished this great video... I am vacillating between Air Brushing vs (mesh) stenciling (is that correct?) I love the thought of airbrushing... but the mesh stenciling is so pretty too.. What do you think? Thank you in advance for making this GREAT Video... What I have seen so far is Fantastic.
