Brian needs to find the right balance for a guy his height and frame size in arm wrestling. He weighs considerably more than Levan. But Levan is only 6'3''. I think Brian is like 6'8''. Once you diminish the wholistic/all body compound strong man exercises, and dedicate exclusively to arm wrestling distal appendage strnegth of arm wrestlers, the mass and overall size tends to decrease. This is a good sign I think.

well i think its the same case like leonidas, remember he was so big compared to schoolboy around 3-4 years ago, but he was on equal size as schoolboy after he got dedicated in arm wrestling, similarly first brian was out of strongman for 1 year so he deposited fat second strongman training needs huge size, but maybe devon trying to train brian to reduce the areas unecessary for arm wrestling and focusing more on wrist thumb and forearms
