Hey, I want to start with FaB and would like to play Florian. I want to start the full format and not blitz. The obvious way would be to order singles. Would it also make sense to just start with a display of the Set in which Florian can be pulled and from where most of his cards are and then buy the missing singles? So I might have also a nice card stock and might have cards to build another hero from the set besides Florian. Or is the chance of pulling cards I need to small?

I'm Frazer, think the other kayo at the event was Matt Brown, didn't get to speak to matt, but i'm pretty sure he actually went on to win a PQ elsewhere the following week. Also on his camera game he seemingly didn't realise you only need AB1 to deal with any amount of runechants, showing how new he actually is, really impressive stuff from him. *edit: commented just before you mentioned the exact scenario i did, oops

I loved turtle burst until I played against enigma. Been playing the Brodie list a lot and really enjoying it. Have like a 75%WR on tali which is the best I’ve really ever performed. So much fun!

I would highly recommend a third rattle + cremation if you are looking for CYB tech. I think we are fast enough to just kill cyb decks, but if you want a little insurance, cremation turns on vis and waits for a rattle to hose their gy, turning future cybs into very bad cards. I played with Poison for a bit but actually found it pretty fucking awful with reaping blade.

Hey Hamish, Im the dude that won the battle hardened and I saw you were meh on runeflash. DONT CUT IT! Rune flash blue is actually your best blue IMO. in general its just your blue, youll be pitching and blocking with it, but some of your biggest turns end up not needing blues and you are able to cast it a lot more than you might think. and when you are casting it, its basically a head jab...but its blue and block 3. It having go again is really the big news with this card and lets you have as many playable hands as possible and makes it so you can still cast your mordred tides even if you have a hand that is primarily blue. oh and runic reckoning is often the 3rd card you play in a turn to get you up to 3 runechants after a malefic and vis trigger, and it forking your opponent between increased physical and further arcane has some contextual value.

Hamish, I started playing this game right around aria release and your decktech from that UK nats top 8 was what got me to pick up Vis as my first main. This vid is bringing back such fond memories of my beginnings and I'm gonna take this list with a few tweaks to my PQ this weekend (I've literally only been playing enigma the last 3-4 months so we might be a little rusty). Love all the way from the West Coast to you and the rest of the PTP boys ❤

I’ve taken out a lot of the hats to fit in the tiara, 2 warmongers & 1 poison the well (May switch these ratios round with all the CYB in the game…) I’m also running Hit the high notes in place of the Drawn… But then , I haven’t actually played the deck yet!!

I was literally sitting next to Connor and Sammy when they had their first match Day 1, and it was pretty quick. I only caught a glimpse of it. I guess that was cursed because Sammy high rolled. And then the rematch in the top 8 was just hilarious. But nice to see Pablo & Connor get together to briefly review the calling ^^

Hard disagree on the Prism stuff. If you think that playing towards a single turn which *might* get you back in the game and win it is "rubbish" and "doing nothing", obviously you haven't played Prism yourself. You literally give up everything so that you can do this ONE powerful turn, which depending on draw RNG might not even win you the game on the spot, you are behind on HP getting devastated by on hits and btw this is strategy reserved for MUs which you can't win in any other way. With that gameplan out the hero is just gutted and the Lyon free ride on top of some Swiss RNG shouldn't be considered as a proof of the opposite.

Verdance's feet were a hot commodity at the World Premiere.

Vynnset might be the best hero in the game, I have been playing her since she released and now the vision I had for her is finally doable. Between picking up the Eloquent Eulogy in MST and the several cards that she picked up from Rosetta its hit a critical threshold.

Wait, why Sizzle instead of Weave Lightning? They do exactly the same thing in our deck. I.e. Volzar wouldn't suddenly become a blade that deals physical damage

She’s been my pick from the runeblades from the beginning of announcement. And now watching this makes me wanna build her even more great insight and deck tech! Will be playing this deck. To test then making it my own. Been playing boltyn Cheerios for a long time and this deck reminds me of that deck with some great twists.

Love the deck tech, the sow seeds explanation of it banishing itself and fulfilling the 4th + earth card to switch on equipment etc was great, and honestly surprised me. Helps switch your mid-game on much earlier. I've always been a Vynnset main, so never had any CNC/ E-strikes, is there any recommendations for strong alternatives? Probably just another good card instead of something that's a worse version of the aforementioned right? Subbed and liked, great content!

Hey one question shouldn't gone in a flash need to be bounce back in the link step because this is the step that tracks for go again to give the action point back and if you bounce it before in the resolution step you dont have go again or am I missing something?

I would argue that both fabled cards are actually bad in Verdance. She’s trying to slow down her opponents and stay alive until she can execute her combo. The chance to gain one life and maybe ping one arcane as well as the amp 1 effect are both extremely negligible and you will curse those cards for not being able to block so much more often than you’ll thank them for using their effects. Blue zap is better by a lot.

Promo heroes are a a terrible idea unless they're printed in a follow-up set. Blaze should've either been a Rare in Rosetta, and definitely be printed as probably a Token in the next set.

Looking forward to watching this! I will say, Triple Forked seems like a bit overkill lol
