If you are starting out, use regular tennis balls, we always play with those. I recently taped a heavier one but it feels harder and can hurt a lot if someone misses one aimed at the body!

After the Pakistan win in 1992, we were all crazed to play cricket. I was a terrible bowler back then, but I had a friend. It was a ‘wall’ right in our courtyard. I used to take three stones to set my wicket, the wall was like two meters behind it. Then I used to set a stone for the bowling side of the wicket. I can't recall how many, if not, hundreds of wides I must have bowled back then,... but by 1996, I became a fine bowler. It's not easy, but playing and working hard is the key. I hope all kids can make use of the resources available to them and just bowl bowl and bowl. Their best friend might just be the wall in their courtyard. BTW, you didn't mention the dozens of times I yorked you! 😆 - thanks for a lovely comment!

Overall body fitness exercise say behtar ho sakti hai, upper body kay liye weight training aur lower body kay liye walking and jogging. Bob and Brad channel par full body workout check karain.
