Plastic , insulation, mice and poop. In the dumpster , micro-lams in place, heat pipe and fin tube removed to the boiler, slop sink, toilet , all the copper pipe removed, ready for new joists.

As an electrician I recommend buying a fan rated box, for one it is code and two I have seen the results of not putting fan rated boxes , and not all fan rated boxes are expensive , honestly as-long as it’s a metal box you are good
