Same happened to me and replacement is next to impossible my worst thing was i accepted the package that is the biggest mistake of my life didn't got my replacement till today and brand and flipkart and even seller didn't take any responsibility my 50k got wasted best thing is not to buy these products from online market rather than buy it from local with stamp and physical bill of the product. Buy 4 to 5k costly in price from local market with all seal packing but don't buy it from online market they are just cheater and fraud

MPDSLER is fraud. Dont buy ps5 from them. Same happened with me. I returned it. Even you can check seller page there are many complaints about the same.

Better is to buy from Stores like Croma and reliance

I bought it on Amazon and their outermost box was torn from all the sides as if someone tried to take a look what is inside box but ps5 box was properly sealed and was in pristine condition without any dent or tear on box

I initially ordered from Amazon and it was to be shipped by some aera gaera seller who had terrible reviews on Google.. 2.9 stars.. lots of fraud complaints. So immediately canceled and ordered from Sony center. Expecting this week :D

Same happend to me on 22nd of july 2023.i bought from flipkart.its damaged product and box of ps5 is fully torn and in super bad condition and i checked R code on ps5 its 4 month used already and 8 month of warranty left. but i recived the product .after i call the flipkart care agent and they approved the replacement.on 26th of july i got replaced ps5 with another fault which is that the ps5 not inserting disc and the box of ps5 is also in bad condition and im very frusrated from flipkart on that time and call care for 2nd time and said that i want refund nd return this shitty product but they refused it nd said connect with the sony care ......! But why i call the sony care? I buyed product from flipkart not from sony center nd its flipkart resposbility to solve the problem which they create actually ..but they dont at the end unfortunetly i have to go to sony care by myself and its 80km away from me and i book replacement for ps5 and finally after 4 days later i get my new ps5 ...and i uninstalled flipkart app into my phone and i never ever order agian from flipkart...if anyone read this comment please dont buy ps5 or expensive product from flipkart .if u have plan for buying ps5 then buy from offline store or authorised seller shop of sony.beacuse if u buy offline u have all the time to check the product even u take trail of ps5 of starting and playing games on the spot and u dont have to wait for 3 to 5 days to delivery .just buy instanty and buy a good product . I wrote this big comment for people.because what i feel..... i dont want any other feel like me when i took shitty product from flipkart 👍

They delivered me series s which was used plus it was of foreign origin even the replacement was used. Won't ever order form Flipkart

I too faced the same problem with Flipkart the seal has been torn and the box of ps5 was completely torn later after many conservation with Flipkart customer care they have replaced the product
