Actor/director Nate Parker’s selection of “The Birth of a Nation” as the title for his record-breaking film about the Nat Turner Rebellion was no accident. I have been a serious fan of this couple and their musical teams .
I love all of the Gaithers songs. I find myself humming them while doing my daily chores. ❤❤❤
❤❤❤
Who is Nate Parker
All that I want to share about how the Bible Project has impacted on me and how it's addictive ,said by these three ,questioning and responses ,- absolutely fabulous.
This guy is a total joke. He’s a Marxist who has confused Christianity with having the right to a sovereign nation. Logansport has no jobs for Americans let alone 5,500 Haitians. He is an absolute disgrace to our state and town.
26:26
What a wonderful interview to focus on Jesus through songs that "....go on and on...". Thank you Bill and Gloria Gaither!
Por favor por favor sacarlo en Español.. Con mucho deseo de escuchar esta experiencia de Paul con su Padre. Gracias!
The Shack changed my life, I bought several copies for friends and colleagues. I’m full of gratitude to have read this book, then loved the movie. 🙏❤️
🐐🐐
Tremendous stuff. Thank you!
Amen ,I am pastor Shyaka Samuel from the Evan church jc Ult Saints, thank you very much for encouraging us
This guy yammered on for minutes before ever giving the Gaithers a chance to speak, I hate interviewers who think they have , moret to say than the guest. oh my goodness, almost 7 minutes. He needs another job.
However, what a wonderful story he told in those minutes. Maybe try to focus on that, and put the hate behind you. Be very careful...Words are powerful, and there's no room for hate in a Christian heart
I’m a , a 75 year old Christian Listener from Australia, Bill and Gloria Gaither fanatic. When i think of Gospel music i only think and play your songs guys. You have few million viewers and my daughter said that im adding to these figures ❤️. Thank you for inspiring so many Christians and non Christian alike 😂 and keep sing until the Lord comes 🙏
I have listen to Bill and Gloria Gaithers Every since I was very young may God Bless you Bill and Gloria Gaither
Guys, you are genius.
Amen, only Christ will last. All the rest will and does pass away. Nate is an extraordinary man and actor. I'm looking forward to his next projects and films. Thank you for a fantastic interview.

Great movie they tried to blacklist
This podcast is underrated no way this should have so few views.
Nate is a genius.
Noice! Listening now
Does walter kim get to speak?
Nate Parker is also privileged
How
What Bill and Gloria have done is to preserve special moments in time of gospel music and honor the performers.
Amen❣️ Love you Bill and Gloria❣️❣️
Thanks for this. I grew up with the Gaithers in the 70s, and have listened every since. Great interview!
Thank u for your questions!!! So healing the way you boldly yet respectfully asked those questions. And the opportunity to hear walters answers. Very redemptive!
The morality of a person who will adopt essentially ridiculous and evil positions for the privilege of group membership is pretty suspect. It is a lot like college students back in the day having to wear weird beanies or hats as part of their entry into a fraternity, to show they are so desperate to join the group that they will abase themselves. To be part of a group like a religion, you have to claim to believe all sorts of ridiculous things. As a physicist, I have no idea of how one believes something that is not true, or why it matters whether you do or not. Your belief has no effect on the truth of any statement. I was aware of the costs of group membership by the time I was a teen, and have never been a part of any social group, except for a few friends, and now I am in my 70s. And I have never "believed" anything because someone wanted me to. As a scientist, I have always thought the most charming thing about Nature is that she doesn't care what you believe or what your want.
"Wives, be subject to your husbands as you are to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, just as Christ is the head of the Church, the body of which he is the Savior. Just as the Church is subject to Christ, so also wives must be subject to their husbands in everything" (Ephesians 5:22-24).
I wonder if one of the “subtypes” includes a pre-retirement elderly, barefoot Jesus-following lady providing music ministry to folks in recovery and those who love them… The Bible project helps me better understand the scriptural tradition and truth that undergirds my daily life. These folks are one of the best sources for enjoying the Bible.
55:21. What is that word she is saying. My brain cannot process it. She said it on another podcast about this book and I never heard the word used before. Please. My parents took us kids to a religious group around 1972. And although they did not blatantly say women were handmaidens to men right away, it was present. The girls I first fell in love with in seventh grade wanted half the men to be handmaidens. And They thought I fit the bill. Luckily me coming from a sheltered life. I barely heard the word women’s liberation while at Catholic School or at home. I couldn’t go to my best friend since he was dating someone six inches taller. (Puberty, he later caught up.)
Complimentarianism
Keep doing what you are doing. When we compare all the past presidents alive today with Donald Trump we can see the difference. Donald Trump is somewhat uncouth and lacks finesse, telling us how he sees it rather than Barack Obama who was very smooth and glorified homosexuality with that smooth tongue to forerunner to what we have going on at schools today. We need somebody who will put us first so that we will have the strength to look after others. Donald Trump took ridicule so that we didn't have to. I don't like him but I sure like what he did. Keep up the good work.
David is principled, faithful, incredibly intelligent and a towering figure in today’s conservative movement. I’m proud to say that I worked for him briefly back in 1994. He said late in this interview that he always wanted to be a leader. Well, David, in the event that you haven’t realized it yet, you always have been………. Thank you for this interview.
This podcast was actually great. This so explains what is happening is our culture at large. Great job for such a great review of such a notable scholar.
Good host and conversation
Feminism is not about equality. It is about promoting the feminine, which is at the detriment of the masculine. Feminism manipulates the mind, which explains why feminists can’t reason. It is a huge con game. This woman made no sense.
I start my day with this couple, they fill my heart with joy to walk with the lord for that day
Thank you so much Bill and Gloria, for such a huge contribution to Gospel music. You have filled my life with so much Joy, blessed by people filling my home with their God given talents. May God continue to bless “The Gaithers” abundantly. Love you all so very much. Jenny RSA
Dr. Kim spoke in our recent denomination conference. He challenges the church to be curious about "the other" and not just focus on their issues.
I love Bill and Gloria Gaither and all their homecoming friends
Known this couple since I've been a teen and I'm 76. SO BLESSED by their 🎵 music from the trio to GVB and Family Gatherings. From Greer SC ❤️
A man of conviction. His birth of a nation flic showed this country does not want to reborn. Speaking of being born again, only Jesus can give man a new heart. Their will be a day of judgment for all workers of iniquity.
I love this interview it's so organic
Thank you for your intelligent and knowledgeabe interview with Nate Parker. It was refreshing to learn more about Nate with the benefit of your wisdom, faith and positivity. I believe Nate is a brilliant actor, director and teacher. Birth of a Nation is a movie that everyone should see. It was very impressive as a movie as well as teaching us the history of Nat Turner. How Nate Parker has overome much negative adversity and still remains a shining star speaks volumes about his character. I do believe your star will shine fully once again Nate Parker. You are one of my heroes.
We truly enjoyed having Nate on the podcast, and we're glad to hear that you enjoyed our conversation on All That To Say. The work he's doing within the film industry is needed and greatly appreciated. It's evident that he is being used by God and if the Lord is for him, what can man do? God's grace is the sufficient source that allows each of our lights to shine brightly. Thank you for your comment @pattimcconville4356!
so glad those ladies played their role!!
We are too. God's timing is perfect. He will send you exactly what you need at the moment you need it. God used those ladies to escort Nate into his presence. #JesusIsTheSubject
Thank you Tim and Jon. Your work has helped me with my own Spiritual growth. Keep going guys.
Does this mean that women are able to work as well as the husband? If the couple need two salaries or if the woman wants to work and balance working alongside having children that she’s able to do so?
