@@zh32100 in short CT number is a sub frequency which is provided by ofcom to some mosques to avoid interference with similar frequencies. This is when one town has so many mosques. If you don't know this CT number then you can leave that off.

If i bought this ibrahim adhaan reciever from one town (leeds) with all the channels preset, i assume these will now be irrelevant if i am using this reciever in a totally different town? (Manchester) i.e. i wont recieve anything from leeds? Therefore I could ovewrite the preset channels? Thanks for this video. Also what is the range? If im using in manchester would i be able to pickup channel from bolton or or smaller towns nearby if i know their mosque frequencies?

@@zh32100 you will have to input Manchester mosque frequencies if you are in Manchester. In Manchester you won't be able to receive mosques from Leeds. As for the range, receivers don't have any range. They are only receiving devices. Range is dependant on the power of the transmitter system inside the mosque. In normal conditions mosques system can transmit upto 3 miles without any interference. But again many other factors can affect the sound quality. For example, trees, tall buildings etc..

Try and press the SCN button once and see if channel stops changing. It's a scan function that keeps changing the channel and only stops when it finds the active channel.

Scan option scans through the channels that are already programmed on the receiver. You will hear something if any of the mosque is online. It's best to choose one mosque and leave on that channel. It will come on itself when mosque turns the system on and it will turn off when system is off.

It could be. Old DFR-1957 models didn't have this option to program easily. They might not have PRG and ENT keys.

Baofengs are normal two communications walkie talkie devices which are actually illegal to sell in UK. Those cheap walkie talkie are the reason many people get interference in their houses. DFR-1956 is specifically designed for mosque transmission. But hey its upto individual if you want to buy baofeng.

It doesn't show Superfast 2.0 but I noticed charging time is same as superfast 2.0. Around 1 hour from 15-20 % to 100%

I wouldn't say its carbon brushes issue because carbon brushes don't have oil in them. If oil is leaking from somewhere then that is cause of smell. Probably oil leaked on the copper wire is giving out smell when copper wires are getting hot.

@@kaifaaa machine still works with smell? Or it stopped working? I would say just clean with any cloth as much as possible. Dont use wet cloth. It might cause issues. But make sure oil leak is fixed and not leaking anymore.

That's how it works in UK. I've heard in USA they don't have to connect it other device.

U have to connect it to a other device: Other phone, PlayStation/Xbox, DVD player or a computer. Also a USB Type C Headset will work. Use the cable that comes with the device.

How far is your house from the mosque? Also if your receiver is close to telephone, Internet router and TV box then move it away from them as they create interference.

One of my friends had a copper strand broken and surprisingly he fixed it with soldering and just wrapping heat shrink sleeve around it. Lol and amazingly that pressure washer is still going strong after 2 years. Thank you for comment and sub will be really helpful.

I turned on my karcher k3 it made a light and smell of burning. Not turning on after this. Is this something to do with the motor? Thank you

Ring is very slim and not pressing very hard on the phone. For this reason I have stuck it on the case.

Unfortunately no. There are two lines on the screen, one for the Name and other for frequency. Normally customers like to see the both on the screen so they can check if frequency is correct. Just a small request, is it possible to click like and subscribe button. It won't cost you anything but I have just started the channel so it will help me a lot. Appreciate your help.
