Can't find any reviews of this program on yt lol.. i just finished up the 2nd deload week(week 10)... i've been wondering how this program is for other folks.. why is your DL so low compared to your other lifts? lol
Because I'm fat with T-Rex arms. Top 10 all-time worst deadlift leverages ever.
Keep killen it man.. Been subbed to the channel for awhile keep putting out dope lifting content. Had my second meet went 8/9 very novice to this sport. But watching your channel is motivation!!

Debated buying this program but after running 2 others(the get strong program and stud muffins) i find myself always having to substitute or make adjustments due to a few poor choices imo. Cant wait to see your end or mid point review 👍🏽
Thanks! And yeah, there are some choices in this program that are perplexing to say the least. I'll have to make that a talking point when the time comes.

For the side bends, maybe move your hands out wider?
I feel like the wider I move the more the bar slides side to side on my back. May have to though to save the tendon pain.

They're fun and may help if you have lockout issues.

It's a bioimpedance scale. I forget what brand it is but I got it from a discount store (Target).

Hell, you man! You have to work on that deadlift form. It should be one fluid motion rather than locking out your legs and then pulling with your back. You're definitely going to have some back pain if you continue like that. Also, on the hip thrusts, you want to get your hips up and flex your glutes at the top of the concentric phase; it's okay to go a little lighter to hit the range of motion effectively. I apologize if you don't like the constructive criticism. You're doing a great job, man!
Nah it’s all good! And trust me I know about the deadlift. Ramping has been my biggest issue for a long time and lockout strength is severely lacking for me. I can’t tell if it’s leverage due to fatness or if it’s purely technical. I will work on it!

Don't waste money on workouts bros. Eat big and lift big. That's it literally. The monsters you see online are either all on roids or started working out as teenagers and are now in their 20s+.
Solid lifts! I'm running TSA 2.0 for the second round now (that's how I found this channel). My squat and deadlift both improved last round, but my bench didn't. It's probably just because of some chest stretching and injury stuff I was working through. Do you think it's better or worse than other programs?

Great job on 350 and your set up looks great. Lockout looks strong - once you were halfway up rep looked easy. If you work on the initial drive off your chest you have a lot left in you from this video. I was the same way when I competed, and once I worked on lats and upper back work along with mixing in board presses (1-3 boards) and speed on dynamic day (8 sets of 3 with 40-50% of my 1RM) my bench jumped. Good luck and hope you get 4 wheels soon.
