My two favourite bags for travelling are my Chloe Maecie patchwork studded suede and leather tote in brown and my Christine Louboutin Cabarock alligator-embossed leather in black. I love oversized totes, I've had the Louboutins over 3 yrs now and by far my favourite for travelling and sits very well on my Rimowa cabin luggage.

I think in most cases you wouldn't be able to fly economy because the bags are too heavy and you'd easily go over your limit. I do wonder how functional LV or Hermes are compared to Briggs & Riley and co. Are the wheels as good as Rimowa, what sort of bearings do they use, what's the load capacity, any clever design touches, for all their beauty, I can't find much info online about how functional they are, or even reviews honestly
