Hi @nazjai, Just read your message. Sounds frustrating having to go to the whole effort of teleporting your sims upstairs. I feel your pain not really realistic is it? I'd happy be happy to help you fix the stairs if you'd like. Just wondering if you'd mind uploading the house so I could download it and try and fix then popp it back over to you.

@@Jackie7Sims hey girllll! Shortly after my comment I figured out how to use the stairs tool. I deleted the stairs that came with the house & redid them myself. Still not sure what the issue was because the stairs looked exactly the same as it came in the gallery. I did nothing different lol

@nazjai9333 Yep that's just so weird isn't it delete and rebuild and I think the game needs to know that the stairs is a room hence building a box deleting the entrance to the stairs and that's it. So glad you got it sorted what a relief! 😏😆
