Sorry no voice over. A few clips put together. They were two large Magnolias coming from a central trunk. We used a large rope tied around a tree then attached to the truck. We were successful in keeping it off the house.

    You trying to kill the lad ?

  • @gardenphoto

    Let's see, he's holding the saw completely WRONG, cutting the "notch" completely WRONG, he's cutting WAY TOO HIGH (good chance of barber-chairing!), no PROTECTIVE CLOTHING (you don't do ANY kind of chainsaw work in SHORTS!), no EYE, EAR (most saws run at well over 100 db!) or HEAD/FACE PROTECTION... and there stands this "instructor" blissfully unaware & ignorant of ALL OF THE ABOVE! Good LORD, he can be thankful that this kid wasn't KILLED... for SHAME!

    Please include safety gear - eye protection as a bare minimum- as a part of the instruction.

    I always do the no fee amazon gift card! Why pay a fee to get cash at the register! If you need the cash just get a friend or family member to give you cash for an egift card of their choosing.

      Yep, another sign he's not long wild. You can see why Wild Boars nuts get smaller, as their Ears grow bigger & their Noses longer, with each generation, but never figured why Boars seem to have a "Gentleman's agreement NOT to rip each others nut-sac wide open! whereas Humans use a kicjk there to end many a fight.

    I agree he definitely seems like an escapee and very comfortable with people and machines. Unfortunately he will become feral real quick and become a big problem. In a lot of states they offer a small bounty on hogs just for that reason.

  • @leedza
    @leedza 11 місяців тому

    Definitely not wild. He associates humans with food.

    This boar does not look like a wild one, seems to me like it has been able to get out of a commercial operation. It really does not have those characteristics of a wild hog. The point is it shows be reported as it can be threatening bio-security to nearby hog producers or multiply with wild hogs enhancing more problems.

      He's definitely not been long in the wild. He may even have thought the Tractor engine noise meant it was feed time. He won't stand any chance at all of breeding, unless he happens on a lonesome single sow. He may have the sheer body-weight to fend of smaller Boars, but he's got NO TUSKS big nuff to fight with, & practically NO ARMOR to protect him against anything more than half his size. Pity, he'll have a very lonely life, & may never survive a full winter out there. Like any Migrant in the woods, iy gets harder as winter sets in, until it's impossible, & he won't know what to look for when its froze so hard almost nuthin has a smell.
