I wouldn’t be shocked if Bakole KO’d AJ at all but let’s also remember Dubois had fought Joyce, Usyk, Miller and Hrgovic before AJ. All 4 of those guys are better opponents than Hunter or Anderson. Bakole MIGHT be good at world level but we don’t know. Him and Kabayel are just being penciled in as legit contenders when their best wins are Frank Sanchez and Jared Anderson.

Bakole needs to shut up and acquire a mandatory position. I think Bakole/Ajagba might be an eliminator for IBF. If it’s not then he’s the worst managed heavyweight in 2025 because he should be pushing the WBA to make a fight with him and Wardley who are 1 & 2. What he doesn’t seem to understand is that if you don’t have a mandatory position, don’t sell, and HAVENT proven yourself at world level you probably ain’t getting the mega fights. AJ, Usyk, Dubois and Fury don’t owe him sh!t. Zhang & Parker have been fighting up the rankings against far better opponents than Bakole. No one is dodging you dude. It’s a business and you haven’t earned those fights yet.

At this point, Usyk has now entered the discussion for GOAT. Definitely one of the best of all time. Olympic gold winner, cleaned out his original division for undisputed, went to heavyweight and turned into a giant killer, first undisputed heavyweight since Lennox Lewis 25 years ago, has never lost. Possibly the best technical style ever. Even with other GOAT boxers, you could usually see at least one weakness. I see no weaknesses in Usyk. At all. I'd like to see him retire before father time catches up. He is the perfect boxer.

They both are class acts. Nothing personal all business. I thought Bivol won, honestly thought he gave a masterclass for the majority of the fight. Maybe he got on his bike a little too much towards the end. Who knows . But either way I don’t think it was a robbery. I’m happy both guys just made the fight without the A side / B side crap . I almost wish they could push Fury v Usyk till January and make this rematch the Co-Main . Add a couple more filler fights to the card and I’ll gladly pay $80 for the ppv .

Can anyone name a more impressive instance of a fighter showing such humility in defeat? Bivol had every reason to feel angry about the judge's decision that could hav easily gone his way and instead decided to be a man and not make excuses. It is usually in defeat where a boxer's true character is revealed and this fight showed that Bivol's classy behavior beforehand was not an act. As fans, let's continue to support this upstanding boxer even in defeat.
