Diwrnod epic yn fynyddoedd Eryri gyda ffrindiau. Ffodus iawn cael yr mynyddoedd ofewn pellter cerdded or tŷ. Mai wedi bod yn amser maith ers i ni gael gymaint o eira a hyn. Epic day snowboarding in the mountains of Snowdonia with mates - lucky to have this in walking distance from are house! Its been a long time since we had this much snow.

Autumn kitesurfing sessions at Rhosneigr. We had an epic autumn with pumping wind and waves. Conditions where varied from cross on frontside, cross off backside and some good cross shore ramps for freestyle. Enjoy!

Was looking at transitioning to strapless and came across your videos - inspiring! Love tho big fans and those pops off the ramps. Would love to be able to ride like that! I'm curious how long it takes to get comfortable in the air riding strapless. I'm an intermediate twin tip rider (front, back rolls, to blind etc). Bit of a random question.. but any advice?
Hey thanks! For the strapless tricks it's all about learning to stick the base of the board into the wind and controlling the kite with one hand. The catch loop with the back hand is key. So for you at your level it's deffinately worth giving it a go! Takes some time to master the catch/ heli / downloop with the back hand with a twin tip helps and then foot swapping on the strapless board. Then give some back rolls off the lip a go. Make sure you pin the board against the wind and grab with the front hand, spot your landing and loop the kite with the back hand. Hope that helps, where abouts do you live?
@@lozsilvester9087 great advice! I'll work on the back hand catch loop on my twin tip. The sticking the board to your feet does seem very key - even if you are going to grab the board. I'm in Newcastle Australia. Would love a way to engage with waves more but don't want to give up the thrill of jumping. Strapless airs do look really hard tho!
It's coming into winter over here and we mainly ride flat water in winter because of the predominant wind direction. Was thinking of dedicating the winter to practicing in flat water. Would love if i could at least be able to a decent straight air.
Flat waters great for practising foot swaps, tacks, duck tacks and front rolls, shovits ect though. You can get some good air time on a strapless board on the flat / choppy water, you just need to have a lot of power in the kite and get good at popping and the bring your feet with the board up to chest / head level as you pin it into the wind! Have a good winter and good luck with it 👍

@@lozsilvester9087 What line mount and cam you using? Having two angles definitely makes these more fun to watch, working on how to better capture my sessions
@@erbartlett hey I'm using the go pro 8 in the sunny sections, the backside is cross off so kite is stable for the footage. The last front side section is the go pro 9. With the max mod it locks to the horizon so stays level. Mount is ugo mount. Hope that helps
