I’ve had the Tushy bidet for five years now. I’m still amazed the difference it makes.

I have the 12k one, its great although please tell me how to set it quieter as evennonnlow mode thrs hardly any difference innthe loudness of the noise!.. how do i make it as quiet as possible while still throwing out alittle hot air and replacing with cold air while i sleep?

Mine worked great for 2 months. Now it is throwing E4 codes and shuts off and on. Not much water comes out of the drain. Filters are cleaned weekly. Air coming out of the vent feels like cool and warm together. Also room feels more humid now.

Please post the BTU prominently and save people having to waste time. No one knows the long model number. I have spent time to help someone else.. I need minimum 14,000 btu

This chair is the worst. I have to use duct tape and super glue because it's internals are made of plastic

I just baught one hooked it up , says it works during power outages I shut off power and tried it and didn't work . Are you having same issue?

Had this model for a couple years now and I'm getting a fish smell from cool mode only. Works fine with no issues on the other modes. Google says most likely case is bacteria/mold buildup in the coils. How are you supposed to open this thing up to clean it? I tried taking out the screws in the back but I feel like I'll break the plastic panel whenever I try to remove it. It just doesn't come off without significant force.

I: 1) put tinfoil over the slanted drip pan. 2) bought disposable tin foil water pans instead of cleaning out the original every time. Juy throwaway. 3) submerge the racks in a large plastic container after each use. The stuck on meat bits fall right off afterwards. 4) clean the glass door with whatever works but avoid strong , harsh smelly chemicals 5) wipe the inside chamber every 2-3 uses. These really help in cleaning the thing...which in my opinion, is the most tedious step in the entire cooking process.. that's just me though..

You can absolutely bring the arm rests out on the Ticova chair, you just have to permanently set it with an Allen key. Anywhere there are slots instead of holes for bolts means it is adjustable. Even my 6'7 self has managed to find a really optimal setting.
