    Io c'ero e credetemi, sono tornato a casa (abito lì vicino) che avevo le lacrime agli occhi tanto ho riso. Pucci (Pauci.. 😂😂😂) é bravissimo. È stato bellissimo rivedere uno spezzone. 👍👍👍 Ormai il Cab 41 è piccolo per lui, ma spero di poterlo rivedere in una atmosfera meno dispersiva di un grande teatro.

    Number are all over the place, maybe next time it’s helpful to have a slide showing to visualise the numbers. Also margin calls are not immediately a loss it just means you need to increase your deposit. You lose everything only if you can’t meet that requirements. Also, S&P500 is up 25% this year with low fees (if you use an index fund) with no fear of a 50% swing overnight and no rumours of shady brokers and scamcoins dominating the market. Why should I bother with crypto?

    • @Manu-zk8eo
      @Manu-zk8eo 3 роки тому

      I am not sure in Binance they let you increase the deposit. I guess you can bother if you want to try something different and diversify. But I am not suggesting to get into crypto. These are things I think can crash all the cryptos

    Oltre gli stereotipi… non ho mai sentito un barese parlare così,al massimo in provincia di Foggia puoi sentire un dialetto simile , ma il dialetto barese è totalmente diverso.

    2 questions: How do you manage income taxes? If you have full time employment and you are just taking time off, how do you convince your employer to let you do occasional freelance work?

    • @Manu-zk8eo
      @Manu-zk8eo 3 роки тому

      Normally the websites will just be paying the taxes for themselves. Or if you earn less than 10k per year in the UK, you don't need to pay income tax (might be slightly different in other countries) This is more of a problem if you work as a contractor for a company part time (or full time somehow). The company is already paying. In this case, the company might be forced to have you work in the country. BUT most of the managers overlook that, or they act as they didn't know. The truth is that if you work remotely, it doesn't matter where you are. And if you are an happier employee working somewhere else, an open minded manager will think "why not?". I think the tax code will have to catch up with these situations where the employee works in another country. It will become more and more common. Full time jobs are more difficult to manage while travelling. The starting point is to have the talk with the manager where you state "I would like to try this different working experience", and you see what happens. Somehow with the pandemic, this talk have become more easier to have. Recently Apple tried to force for all their employees to go back to office by September. A letter against it was signed by more than 80 high profile employee. Even managers want to work remotely. If you have a fixed employer, that is not occasional work and therefore you will be part time at least. For stable occasional work you must have build your own reputation somehow, so that people will easily find you on the website of your choice and give you work. Or you can create your client network somehow, and the usual tricks are with maintenance, creating a system that they have no clue how to improve by themselves, or being a consultant of some sort. Meaning that you gave them such good results, that they need to stay in touch with you to get more of that. A practical example could be to leave the company and become as part time contractor for the company itself. It becomes you "client" and you made it part of your client network by having worked for some years with them. It needs some time and quite some talks to create this situation

    You travelled to some pretty dodgy places, is it always safe to travel alone in countries where crime rate is well above average?

    • @Manu-zk8eo
      @Manu-zk8eo 3 роки тому

      No, it is not safe. But you can make it way safer for you. - You can prepare yourself beforehand by doing self-defense courses (I did some judo when I was a teenager). - Then you can also do "safer things" when you are there, but for that you need to get in touch with someone who is living there. And basically ask for the "safe areas" to hangout (usually the more touristic places). You can meet locals through some apps like Couchsurfing, or talking with the guy at the desk of your hostel/hotel/B&B. They all live there so they "know". - Finally you can be safer by not bringing too much with you, avoid expensive stuff. In the worst places, they suggest you to carry some money just to give in case someone tries to rob you. You will HAVE to give them something to make them stop bothering you.
