Born and raised in Wichita Falls….still here 50yrs later. Lol
My husband and I used to live in Victory St.
Victory St! That’s awesome! Do you have any favorite memories from there? 😊🏡✨"
I miss wichita falls texas
I can imagine! Wichita Falls has such a special charm. What do you miss most about it?
Gotta love this town, it's slowly thriving. I used to stay in the Northside hood. Been here 30 years.
Sorry for the late response, I've been away for a while but now I'm back! 😊 It’s awesome to hear how Wichita Falls is thriving. 30 years is quite the journey! What changes have you noticed in the Northside? 🏡🌟
@@ridewithme6491 it's peaceful and there's new people moving in.
BEEN HERE SINCE 1990=ALL THE MEMORIES THIS CITY HOLDS🌹🌹🙏🙏🤠❤️❤️
Wow, 1990! That's amazing. Wichita Falls definitely holds a lot of memories. Thanks for sharing your love for the city!
The mask is reflecting off the windshield
Sorry about that! 🙏
Graduated from there. Worked for Cryovac before moving away.
That’s awesome! Graduating and working at Cryovac must have been some great memories. What brought you to your new home after Wichita Falls?
I live in Bakersfield I love it here I have been living here since 2007 and I still love it
Bakersfield is not bad at all, and it's been growing a lot!
Nice video, I've never driven through the city like that before. Usually I'm just passing through on 287 when driving from Dallas to Colorado, so this was fun to watch. It's weird because when you've been used to driving through an enormous city like Dallas every day for work, Wichita Falls seems incredibly small. There is no traffic there, I love that! Lol
Glad you enjoyed the video! 😊 I totally get what you mean-after driving through a big city like Dallas, Wichita Falls does feel much quieter and calmer. The lack of traffic is definitely a big perk! 😄🚗
i live here lol!
Haha, it's a cute little town!

Thanks for joining the family forge!
Nice video.
Hi! I'm glad you enjoyed the video, more coming soon =)
Wascok
Well, with the reflection of the mask on the dash, everyone will know this was filmed during the Pandemic.
Haha that’s right Jim Davis, it was filmed during the pandemic. Sorry I didn’t remove the mask off the dash.
Just discovered that there was a place called wasco in CA, and found your video, looks nice!
It’s like a mixture of Walmart and Costco
Marley xl I’m glad you found my video :). Wasco is a very small town but pretty and quiet.
hahaha true!
I grew up there, have been gone 30 years. I wish someone would do a video talking about where they are in the town
Oh wow you have been gone for 30 years? Do you miss Wichita Falls?
Yes I do it was a good town, lots of memories
Heading to WF next month. Maybe in a future video could you talk about the different areas you are driving in?
Absolutely!
It is superhot in summer right?🌡☀🔥
Oh yeah it gets hot 🥵 here!
Ok, I'm guessing the videos are for showing us almost nothing but running by curbs and intersections. You drive too fast , can't read street signs to see where you are. How about a little dialog? Why are you doing this, is it for people to see the long streets of Bakersfield or to be proud of our city? Watch your videos and tell me what you experience, a little drive or someone just driving..... boring.
I’m sorry you didn’t like the video Diana. I do it just to show people around different towns and cities.
They got me lost lol
I was raised in Wichita I went to Crockett zundy and old high I lived on Buchanan
Was raised in Wichita Falls . I went to Crockett. Zundy and old high . I lived on Buchanan
That's awesome! Sounds like you've got some great roots in Wichita Falls. It's always cool to hear about local schools and neighborhoods!
I, somewhat, enjoyed the part of the video I could see. It was mostly blurry. Thanks for presenting it.
Thanks for your comment Jeff Kelley. I will be getting a camera for better quality. I’m currently using my smart phone to make videos.
I ENJOYED THE RIDE THANK YOU
I’m glad you enjoyed it! More videos coming soon 😊
I am retiring in a couple years after teaching for 30 years I am seriously considering this place as my final destination.
Wichita Falls is a good place to retire
Me too! I hit 30 years next year!
I’m 55 thinking about retiring there too! Another red state refuge.
Ha looks like I was home that day!
Did I drive by your house Todd? 😂
Literally, I just got back home from my visit to Wichita falls. Really loved the town and thinking about moving there but they could use more "Big chain grocery stores" other than Wal-Mart or Target... BTW, could have drove over to Sheppard AFB. just sayin!!..
You’re absolutely right! How did I forget to drive by Sheppard AFB! I have family in Wichita Falls so next time I’m in town, I’ll make sure to drive and film Sheppard AFB :)
Miss this place. Lived here for 17 years. Beautiful town. See you soon.
Bakersfield is not too bad Neil ExploreOlogy. A lot of people are moving to Bakersfield from LA and SF. Thanks for your comment my friend!
Awesome ! Thank you for this.
You’re welcome! Thanks for your comment
Stabilize your camera!
😅 will do.
I'm planning to drive through that area from Utah through Albuquerque, Amarillo, Dallas and on through to FL. Did you see or experience anything unusual due to the border crisis? Any checkpoints along your route?
Hi Mark. I didn’t experience anything unusual and no check points along the route. It was a nice road trip. You might encounter some light traffic in Albuquerque and Amarillo though.
Looks lonely
Haha Wichita Falls Is a small town. Downtown is very lonely.
