It is indeed a stroke of genius that the game knew it was never going to be as emotional of an experience as the first game was and thus, it didn't TRY TO be. Instead, it became its own thing in a way that glorifies both itself and the original...brilliant! ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!!

In my first playthrough I was determined to not go too radical In the end when push came to shove in order to restore order and made the city survive I found myself declaring myself the mesiah 10/10 this game made me feel like an evil politican except instead of doing money loundering and covering it up for my own usage I do evil things and cover it up for the sake of cities survival

Great review, but I disagree that it diminishes the emotional impact by taking a macro-view. I'm haunted by the callousness the game demands of me when I see the notification pop up that people have died, or that I have to subject people to the whims of fascists so I can survive confidence votes to maintain power.

I switched to linux(mint distro) about a year ago. One of the better choices I made. Sure , if you don't have a buddy sitting next to you who already knows the basics and guide you, you might stumble around at the start, but not nearly as much as you might fear. Just setup a spare pc you're not using anymore to fuck around with and you'll quickly get the hang of it.

Windows 11 does not offer any useful features to me. If I can switch to using Linux exclusively, I will do so rather than upgrade. At work, I'm going to need to run the latest Classic / Open shell to beat the UI into a usable shape.

Microsoft never said the last version, they said it was the last version released (should have used the word latest instead). Course it suddonly looked really bad to say it's not supposed to be the last when everybody was already thinking that so they tried, but the only thing worse happened, windows 10 just kept changing a couple years while keeping the same name, pretty much should be calling windows 11 windows 30.

You have my sympothies, every version of Windows for a while has had lots of changes I didn't like but had to deal with for one or two improvements I wanted, though I think I would pirate Windows Server on my laptop, I mean 2003 was superior to XP in every way without giving up functionality. Here's the thing with Windows 10 though, every year for a decade they've been making additional changes you can't undo, so you've already been forced to adopt many of them to continue getting support, depending on your computer it might be near unusuable with Windows 10 now compaired to the original RTM (for many reasons).

I switched to Linux in April no problems 😊

Tell me why it is insane that I legit Bought a new TV last Saturday. I got a Vizio 65 inch QLED Quantum Pro(2023) for the the sole reason of having a Mid-High tier TV with 120 Hz 4k screen. Needed to upgraded the Livingroom tv from my old 55 inch Samsung UHD. This TV is very nice and looks amazing with all the color pops and I am excited to play Dragon Ball Z Sparking Zero. I am building out the Home theater so the Sound bar is next so I was going to ask you what recommendations you have. Out of Curiosity what was your best New Tech experience recently where you are literally mind blown. I am sure Bronson is his OLED Experience. For example When I got my Sony's Headphones the wh-1000xm4 that introduce the world shattering noise cancelling feature. I listened to Random Access memories album with Noise cancelling on and with 360 reality audio(Sony's Dolby Atmos) on I legit didn't know I could get a new high with Music. 🤣😂🤣😂

Also Played Deadlock and it is pretty interesting and to be honest I haven't played a MOBA since Smite to be honest and it gives me that look but more control of your character which is awesome. The constant updates which is cool but definitely gonna give it a try and mess with the characters. How are you liking Deadlock and do you see the protentional in this MOBA once it fully rolls out considering how saturated the market is? Also whenever you do pick up Warhammer 40k PT.2 I am always down to co-op since you can do up to 3 players on the campaign. I be down if you do a walkthrough of the game. Also Concord being on that Amazon Show "Secret Level" is insanely funny considering Sony really thought the game was gonna be a smash hit but ended up being a smoldering wreck. It makes me wonder what the Amazon episode is gonna be considering they had to probably re-write the episode and re-shoot some scenes to reflect the current status of the game.

Stop making xbox hardware, make a profit sharing deal with Sony to put gamepass on PlayStation and fully commit to being a game publisher

Given the current state of things, it is easy to say that Xbox is in trouble, because they are. However, they are not the only company making mistakes. Sony spent 3.6 billion dollars on Bungie, a monumental mistake. That is no small sum and Bungie have been nothing but an expensive thorn in Sony's side since they bought them. Then, you have the PR issues with the team. Moving on, you have Concord, the biggest flop in PlayStation exclusive history. Who knows what this means for Fairgame$, but that will likely go free to play. Now, they are asking $699 for a Pro Console that has virtually no audience. PC folks aren't gonna spend that kind of money for a console that is inferior to their machines, especially with more PC games arriving on PlayStation day and date. Your average consumer can't afford the $699 + tax for a Pro model. That leaves your enthusiast audience, who will likely have a hard time getting a disc drive, because they're all already sold out. Both Sony and MS continue to make bad decisions from a consumer's perspective. Meanwhile, Nintendo continues to thrive - with a console that is packing 2012 tech. Absolutely wild. And I have no preference really between the 3, I play all the consoles so I don't have to miss out on any games. I'd just like to see some more single player games released, both from MS and Sony. Take care, guys.

I feels bad for those who didn't do the 1$ glitch for game pass ultimate. I bought a bunch of 1yr cards when the "rumor" all to true now was that it was going up to 120$ a year from $60. I think my sub runs out in 2026 or 2027 cant remember but having game pass ultimate for a 1$ for 5 years is pretty dope.

If i was the ceo of xbox, i would build the console around a big titel and find a leader ship tactic that works. instead of blaming playstation for being ahead borrow some of their tactics. lower the prices of gamepass because no one service should be judged by their subscription serveice, also make it so you dont need gold to play online with friends. thats why alot of people play pc after all, same great games, dont have to pay another price a month for online gaming.

Definitely excited for Space Marines Warhammer 40k 2 I am gonna drop helldivers for it and not gonna lie I was about to jump on deadlock when you sent the invite but then I saw the gameplay of Warhammer and I was like this is the Third Person Shooter that I have been missing that includes co-op story mode.

The selection is mid, but the screen thing is worth the whole price point. Not to mention the multi devices, I get gamepass on my pc for the pc games, and console for COD. Which was finally made free for at least one game😂😅

I f’ing love gamepass, the price increase is annoying, but worth it. Gamepass made my iPad a useable screen for when I have to share the tv with my son. That’s as big as Netflix (gave me movies on my phone so I can game & watch)

Other than that love the podcast update. When it comes to Game Companies and corporations looking back to when Game Studios made Games For Gamers. What do you think was the shift that really changed that notion and now Games are now just more for instant profit and squeezing every penny out of their consumers? At Least for me it seems every new game release or announcement of a game comes with a bittersweet reaction as it seems Game Studios focus on Graphical performance or niche mechanics or just nostalgia baiting gamers. What NEW IP are you excited for if there is any and NEW in meaning not a remake or Sequel?

i remember playing this game split screen with my buddy for hours on end. Note that i didn't have an Xbox :D nostalgic game for me but when you compare it to the other greats that came out at that time....
