I used this scene with the "Talking Ben" App to hear what would Batman's voice sound like, with a deeper tone to see if he sounded like Ben Affleck. So he did sounded like Ben Affleck, with a bit of Christian Bale coming from his natural voice.

In the sequel, I want their relationship to develop even further, beyond the masks and the outfits.

As a foster child now adult I feel her pain and recognize alot of what she went through in fostercare, and then how the family she went to live in was toxic. Your told be the perfect poster child or they'll send you back, and while the mom tries to make things work and understand her. The adoptive mom is struggling with abusive husband, however it's more the adoptive fathers family because my mom couldn't have kids. They would tell my father send them back they are broken and messed up get kids that will amount to something, these kids will brought nothing but misfortune and problems and remind my mom how she should be greatful my dad married her. And it wasn't just towards her, it was toxic adoptive family towards my brother and I, we tried to be what my dad's family expected us to be to gain acceptance and belong..... but at a cost. I one day had enough when my aunts on my dad's side of family mocked my mom made her feel like it was her fault for "adopting useless disabled in one fourm or another kids with cptsd that affects the capability to amount to something in an intern on investment after adopting us, and that we had nothing to show for it. Not a grandmother, and neither I nor my brother have ever got married so we're an eyesore, embarrassment and how she just had to pick us"...... I was all who the hell do you think k you are and called them out and how their so called perfect daughters and sons got divorced or are a baby momma , and that my father was as much part of picking us as her and how they should feel ashamed. After that my mom changed their will and switched my brothers benificery one of the evil older cousins who's toxic she made sure not trusting her after the comments that dad to put me as it and admitted she didn't trust how my dad's family would treat us or pull after they passed when it came to financial obligations.

Am I the only one who feels like we need a spin off show focused on Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman? Maybe it could be about her in Bludhaven making a difference and doing occasional thievery. Also maybe she has a roommate nicknamed Ivy (and whose real name is Pamela Isley) aides her in her mission. Maybe there could be a few know criminals she competes with like Magpie, Plastique to name a couple, and possibly have a cameo by Alfred.

I like how at 1:37, when the music plays and she looks at the camera, it’s almost like she’s thinking, “maybe he’s not so bad.”

Rewatching the show after 1 year or so (or more than 1 year), but this part still hits. I do remember how sad it felt to see her alone like that again. She had finally found someone who could protect her - albeit her adoptive mother was such a broken individual herself. But just... It was really, really sad. The music piece from this scene still strikes me apparently. Such a good series. Argh! I want to find another like it. I'm rewatching this one after some time, but... it's not like the first time, you know? That satisfying feeling when you see something so good for the first time, the satisfaction of discovering a gem when you least expect it. 'Cause I had heard great reviews about it prior to watching it, but I really had no hopes whatsoever. It also gives me nostalgia, which is ridiculous.

Having watched _The Long Halloween_ a few weeks prior, 1:11-1:12 caught me off-guard 😲

1:04 Robert Pattinson is the only other live-action Batman besides Michael Keaton that can smile and not look stupid, while wearing the costume. To be fair, it's probably because his mask doesn't have a bottom half and allows more to show. Not to mention, it's more mobile.

I haven't seen the show, and as a lover of the books, I probably never will. But *this,* this was cool. I'd probably just get too upset over inconsistencies to watch it, sadly. Mainly with the Crows, who I love so much. Read the books if you haven't, my favorite is Crooked Kingdom, but I haven't gotten to the final duology yet, so we'll see!
