2022 Honda Grom | SS Moto sprocket

Today I install an SS moto rear sprocket and a new chain. It's the same size as the stock sprocket (38tooth) but looks a whole lot better than stock.

I got rid of my stock front brake line and replaced it with a HEL Performance steel braided line. It's much better than stock and very high quality.

Cool video, I would make sure to use motorcycle specific oil though next time. Ordinary automotive oil is not designed with wet clutches in mind.

I’m doing the same thing to a 2022. But when I put it all back together, the clutch has no tension. Will it get tension once I put oil in and crank the bike up?

Surprise to see you go with automotive oil and not motorcycle/wet clutch friendly oil are you not worried about premature wearing of your clutch disks?

Thank you 🙏 subscribed ! Doing this and the oil pick up on my 2023 soon !! How come you guys didn’t take out the clutch plates and out the GromBeardo 6 bolt plate that have six bolts ! Is that even necessary for the spring plate ? Hope that made sense

@@c3stunts599 I gotcha. I just picked up a Grom on Thursday and after adjusting the chain, I think this will be one of my first mods. It's not necessary but it'll be nice. Thanks for the video.
