雜果撻 Fresh Cream Fruit Tarts
雜果撻
撻皮材料(8個)
130克低筋麵粉
1/2隻雞蛋
80克牛油
30克糖霜
撻皮:直徑7.5厘米, 厚度5毫米
蛋撻模:底4厘米,面7厘米,高2.5厘米
圓形切模:直徑7.5 厘米
烤焗:180 ℃,最下層,20分鐘或直至上色。
打發奶油:
150克 奶油
15克 幼砂糖
自選水果例如:
士多啤梨
芒果
藍莓
奇異果
融化白朱古力約10克
光面啫喱水:
1/8 茶匙魚膠粉湯匙熱水
1/4 茶匙白糖
1 湯匙熱水

Tart crust ingredients (8 pieces)
130g low gluten flour
1/2 egg
80g butter
30g icing sugar
Tart shell: diameter 7.5 cm, thickness 5 mm
Egg tart mold: bottom 4 cm, top 7 cm, height 2.5 cm
Round cutting die: diameter 7.5 cm
Bake: 180°C, bottom rack, 20 minutes or until browned.
Whipped cream:
150 g cream
15g caster sugar
Fruits of your choice such as:
strawberry
mango
blueberry
kiwi
