Esa melodía se llama "El Zopilote Mojado", y ciertamente es una Polka, que es un estilo musical muy gustado en México, sobre todo en el Norte del país en donde se le han dado ciertas características propias.

@@xixidelgado Se necesitaría un musicólogo experto para saber si es la misma melodía las conocidas como Rosamunde, el barrilito y el Zopilote Mojado, a mí se me hacen muy parecidas, quizás sean la misma, pero la verdad es que no puedo dar una respuesta definitiva.
