Hi, I just got this and it works fine. BUT, the instructions state that a timer and 4 LEDS will indicate the times to shut off. I cannot finda way to set the timer. No LEDS on the Power Box. Also can you confirm wattage. Description here is 8wt tube, but the box shipped and the Power Box state 13wt. Which is it please. Thank you , Gene MD

These instructions are not clear. I ordered this through Amazon and very disappointed. The silver screws do not screw all the way in for the upper and lower panels. They also do not hold the upper and lower panels secure. The panels come apart. Sending it back.
