Dang, where did you manage to get a new OEM tank? I've tried ordering one several times and my order always gets cancelled due to indefinite backorder. I ended up buying a low mileage tank (with all the studs intact) from a used part dealer in Miami. Been sitting on it for several months procrastinating. Appreciate the video showing some of the details, it actually helps motivate me to get my ass in the garage and finally fix this thing.

I had to get a new tank for mine too last year. The factory had a silicone seal between the layers where the studs are and mine started leaking e85 through that. The new tank doesn’t appear to have that seal so hopefully holds up to the e85 a whole lot longer.

You just need an alignment when this happens

I got the Nitto ones for my Stinger and you forgot to seal the edges of the letters! You have to go around every edge of every letter with the glue. Yours might start to peel at some point. I know mine are never coming off until the tire is trash.

Hey Joey, I recently bought a evo x mr and it seemed to work fine when I test drove it. But the next day when retuning home after filling up the car did not start. We jumped it but it kept dying. We bought a new battery and seemed to work for the next 2 days. But now it does not start again. When turning the ignition I can rev the car and get it to 3k but once you let off the gas it dies. Any idea what can be wrong?
