A way to fix this kinda to bring back the old rising wind, is to make the last hit uppercut or downslam :D simple

Uptilts that aren't just a regular uppercut will maintime airtime with rising wind from my experience, I've done specter path uppercut into any mantra then into rising wind and the airtime was completely maintained, rising wind definitely isnt mandatory anymore but it's still good and honestly if you have the whistling periapt it is insanely good.

it was okay before the recent nerf to windup. With the nerfed windup its insanely buggy, sometimes having up to a 3 second animation.
