Travel Day on SPIRIT AIRLINES & Luggage Hack [US to Mexico] | Travel with kids
We flew on Spirit Airlines (an extreme budget airline, in our opinion) from Atlanta, GA to Cancun, Mexico. Check out the video to see our experience and what you can expect with Spirit - from baggage policies, food & drinks on board (none), and what the seats are like.
We’ve also included our cheap and easy luggage hack (which we’ve used on Delta, Ryan Air, and Spirit), which has served us well on several international flights this summer!

Avengers Campus ROPE DROP (Disney California Adventure Park)
Переглядів 566Рік тому
We made it for rope drop (right when the park opens) at Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure Park in July 2022. We got to ride BOTH Web Slingers and Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! within the first hour WITHOUT paying for Genie or Lightning Lane. This strategy saved so much time for us to see the rest of the park! Compared to Disneyland Park, arriving for rope drop at Cal...

4 Days in Mykonos [Greece] | Travel with kids

We enjoyed a 4-day kid/family-friendly trip to the breathtaking Greek island of Mykonos (which we think could be in the running for best Greek island for families). While we only scratched the surface of incredible things to do on Mykonos with kids, four days was enough to enjoy the beautiful Ornos beach, see the Mykonos windmills, and soak in picturesque Little Venice. We also lucked out and f...
Bologna Food Tour [Italy] | Travel with kids

In early summer 2022, we went on a delicious food tour in Bologna, Italy with Taste of Bologna. The highly recommended half-day tour was a wonderful way to see the town and taste the flavors of the region. We had some of the best Italian food during our Italy 2022 trip during this tour - including delicious gelato, of course! It was a great activity to do as a family with a young child. 00:00 I...

Join us on an Italy Vespa tour through beautiful Tuscany - with a 5 year old! After several dead ends, we finally found a Vespa and wine tour that accommodated kids. We found this activity to be one of the most unique and memorable things to do in Tuscany with kids. So for Spirit and Frontier, I use the Calpak mini hue as my personal item (it fits in the size checker perfectly with space to spare and I love pissing off the gate agents when they can’t make commission off me 😂) and will hide my large lululemon belt bag under my hoodie/cardigan that contains my essential in flight travel necessities. They’re not that bad airlines so long as you understand you will only get the bare minimum and come prepared to be in compliance with their rules.

this is an important topic and will differ for each person or family, and you may have a different perspective in a year or so. In general, things tend to be 3x as expensive in NZ, but the trade off is the scenery and quiet way of life. Casual clothes are easy to get there, good quality formal clothes, very hard, so it's better you brought them. Certainly true about Nikes. the boys appetite for toys will change quickly, so those aren't so important
