I got off the electric and stop watching r.v. I had to get a coleman stove I have always life a simple life. I try to walk more.

The Amish women are nice folks and men too.

We make it up to Shipshe every other year. Love the area. Also have family in this area.

The Amish women are the best cooks of any I have ever seen, by far! I order foods from Walnut Creek which is Amish owned. They try to make as much of what they sell as possible. I have never been to Ohio which is where this particular store is located. I have only seen pictures of the inside of the store and wow! I am so impressed. I absolutely love giving these people my business bc of the quality of their food. But yeah, I wish I could eat all of my meals prepared by Amish women. It’s outstanding!

Some of the statues placed along Route 66 were made by my father Bill Swan along with many other iconic fiberglass statues my favorite is the Ford Mustang horse which is what the emblem was copied from I've always wanted to collect his work he also did other art which can be seen in a short Amazon ebook for only 14.99 called "The man behind the mufflerman ".
