Hi there! I'm not sure what part of the video you're saying takes advantage of seniors. Obviously, there are seniors that can't and shouldn't try to afford this price point. This is just meant to be an informative video about what a $600,000 budget could buy you in the Salt Lake City area. I don't set the prices. In no way have I even attempted to suggest that anyone should buy this kind of a home if they are not financially able. @@marieoakley8563 utilities are included in a lot of 55+ communities-especially ones with shared walls. Most often, water, sewer, trash, snow removal, and landscaping are covered in your HOA, and electric/gas are billed separately

@@ClaraJaneGSO05 there definitely are! A lot of 55+ communities don’t allow minors, but some do. Newer built communities tend to be more lenient. It varies depending on the HOA. If you’re thinking about 55+, let’s connect!

Thanks for your comment! Luckily, it's all relative, right? Most of my clients who are downsizing also benefited from the huge price growth we've seen in the last few years. Most of them have homes that are worth somewhere in the 600-700k range. Having bought my first home for 175k, it's hard for me to believe prices have gone up so much as well; however, this is the cheapest newer 55+ community in Salt Lake County and is a great option for downsizers!
